Does anyone know what these tunes are called? Since the first one sounds like it, and I know that there is another clip on RUclips with Finbarr Dwyer playing the second tune, I assume that both are his compositions. I hope someone out there can confirm this for me...recently discovered that the second one fits extremely well on C#/D as well!
I don't think it's the same time bobbycasey1. Pauline Conneely's is a Liz Caroll composition and I know the track on 'Tráidisin Beo, An' you're talking about and I think you're right about the tune Angelina plays after Conneely's being the same reel but I think she just refers to it as Finbarr Dwyer's. I guess it doesn't have a name other than that.
Hi Dereck It good to hear some of Finbarr's tunes being played with such fineness and accuracy , It's So beautiful to my ears, Than you ....
Masterpiece!
two of the best
It's called Pauline Conneely's. It's on Angelina Carberry's album entitled 'Tráidisin Beo, An'
I couldn't have said that better so I'll repeat what the guy above me wrote...fucking brilliant! When is this guy's solo album coming out?!
