*SPAMTON ANSWERS THE CALL*
Spamton joins Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Spamton fights in the NEO body he utilizes in Chapter 2's bonus boss fight. Spamton NEO's high defense makes him a superheavyweight fighter and a tough foe to launch offstage, and he possesses a variety of attacks that boast incredible range, but as a trade-off Spamton's an extremely slow and clunky character to control and struggles when confronted up-close.
Neutral Specil: Pipis
_"I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A MAN OF THE [PIPIS]. A REAL [PIPIS] PERSON!"_
Spamton NEO fires pipis, a bouncy, slow moving projectile. Can be destroyed by strong projectiles but break into shards that deal slight damage to anyone nearby. Uniquely the only special move in the game that can be used while grabbing ledge.
Side Specil: Chained Heart
_"I CAN'T STAND IT!!! I THINK I'M GONNA HAVE A [HeartAttack]!"_
Spamton's chained heart bursts out of his chest, dealing great damage. Can be angled.
Up Specil: String Swing
_"THEN YOU JUST GOTTA GRAB IT BY THE [[Silly Strings]]"_
Spamton grabs onto a phone that hangs down and uses it to swing a short distance before jumping off for a bit of vertical recovery.
Down Specil: LITTLE [Slime]
_"WHY BE THE [[Little Sponge]] WHO HATES ITS [[$4.99]] LIFE"_
Spamton NEO ejects a mini Spamton onto the battlefield. The mini Spamton attempts to suck up anything in close range, spitting out fighters, items, and projectiles it catches to deal damage. Up to two Spamtons can be deployed at a time, and there's a bit of cooldown to respawn them should a Spamton be defeated. Similar function to King Dedede's old side b, Waddle Dee toss.
Final Smash: Power of NEO
_"LOOK AT THE [Power of NEO] AND ASK YOURSELF... WELL, DON'T YOU? DON'T YOU WANNA BE A [Big Shot]!?"_
Spamton NEO's ultimate attack in Deltarune, he grows to a massive size, and after inhaling a ton of money, fires out massive big shots from his mouth.
Up Taunt: _"Spamton turns to the audience and laughs."_
Side Taunt: _"Spamton appeals to the audience with a festive jig!"_
Down Taunt: _"WHAT!? IT'S FOR ME!?"_
Victory: Spamton reaches for the heavens as the final string is cut, before abruptly falling onto the floor after his name appears on screen
Spamton's victory theme is a remix of HEY EVERY !
Home Stage: [A RIDE AROUND TOWN]:

Battle on Spamton's storefront traveling across the rollercoaster you fight Spamton NEO on in Deltarune, with Cyber City and the fountain visible in the background. Pretty much the Rivals of Aether stage made by hyuponia that's bundled with the Spamton mod, though falling onto the track below has similar results to falling onto the track in Big Blue. Kris, Susie, and Ralsei can be seen riding on the [cungadero] in the background.
Assist Trophy: Jevil
_"THE TRUE AND NEO CHAOS!"_
This chaotic clown around town warps frantically around the stage, firing out hearts, diamonds, spades, and scythes everywhere. He can do anything!
The theme of Spamton's classic mode is freedom. The characters in Spamton's route start off as characters who answer to higher authority, fighting on their behalf. Opponents later in the route are characters who fight back for their own freedom. Spamton fights Snake, R.O.B., Mega Man, Shulk, Joker, and Sonic before finally fighting Master Hand. Master Hand is controlled by Tabuu in The Subspace Emisarry using golden chains in a very similar fashion to Spamton NEO's strings, and Master Hand himself brings to mind a particular strange someone.
Alternate Costumes are the other superbosses & Mettaton EX (I just came to the realization writing this that we've never actually seen Mettaton NEO in color outside of the Tarot Cards Toby Fox didn't make. it's very possible he was always supposed to have the rainbow color palette Spamton NEO had instead of most fanart giving him EX's black & pink color scheme)

Nah I can imagine a moveset
His right/left charge attacks are him using his phone like a sword
His up charge attack is him using his phone to make a tiny AoE attack
His neutral special is him blasting a shot from his gun arm (hold neutral special to fire a [[Big Shot!]])
Is left and right specials are just him dashing into his enemies and using his wings as table tennis paddles to launch the enemy
Down special is just a minor AoE Spam field
And lastly, his super is literally just a [big shot] from his gun arm with tiny spamton faces flying all over the place to create the most difficult bullet h*ll you've ever witnessed.
His grab is him using his string to pull the enemies close
His shield is literally him using his wings to protect himself
His taunts are:
spamton gets a call
Spamton flies to heaven, but the last string is cut
Spamton fires a fake big shot
Spamton gets hit by an anti-spam code and rages
Oh yeah and he can "double jump" multiple times like Kirby

Nah he would most likely come as him without NEO. That way his FS would be him turning into NEO and shooting a large laser at other players
i like to think his recovery is like bowser jrs where the neo body explodes and his normal form flies up

Partial Spamton Moveset??
A - Spamton slaps forward
Forward A - He enlarges his head and does a forward headbutt, can ve charged to deal more damage
Up A - He enlarges his head cackling
Down A - He spits out some random symbols along the ground
Side smash - Spamton shoots a big shot forward, its weaker then most other smash moves but has a vetter range
Down Smash - Spamton takes two phones and slams them at his sides
Up Smash - Spamton uses his nose to stab upward
Neutral Special - Shoots a blast forward, can be charged to increase range and damage, if it is fully charged spamton instead fires a pipis that shoots lut many smaller bullets
I don't have any more ideas at the moment
Side special: Spamton launches his heart, can be deflected but it's fast.
Up special: Spamton uses his strings to get up, kinda like Ivysaur but alot bigger. Can grab the bottom of stage and use it to DBL jump again. If the opponent is above him, he attacks them, goes near them, then uses them as a big advantage to use the up special again. Can grapple on top of platforms if used below them.
Down special: sends a luck based attack, spawns in a cart. Basically MR GAME & WATCH's Judge (side special) But as a far away attack, cannot be deflected and here are all numbers:
1: spawns a cart with 1 Spamton head on top of it. The spamton head can be destroyed.
2: Spawns 2 spamton heads.
3-6: repeat.
7: Mail starts to spawn.
8: The spamton heads are 2 spaces on random, always staying near each other, other than that, 6 mails.
9: only one head and 8 mails.
10: ALL ARE MAILS AND DEALS 30 DAMAGE WHEN ALL ARE TOUCHED AT ONCE.
ok idk any more moves other than tilts and aerials but i wont do them now cuz i have no idea on how.
Final smash, he turns giant and does his move where he fires gohts out his mouth

spamtons the kind of character to be introduced into the game and be a mid or low tier, and then they discover some broken tech with his pipis that makes him the best character in the game

His anouncement trailer would be him doing his attack with carts carrying letters, but then he notices a smash invatation, snags it, then flies off into the sun cut to kris and susie playing smash brothers ultimate with susie as spamton and kris using a me sword fighter with a kris outfit (p.s 2 things itd be funny if its the same thing with a hogwarts invation and it cuts to the fun gang and spamton casting magic also amagion kris and susie on the title screen and susie goes HOLY F@CK ITS THE GUY FROM THE CONVENIENCE STORE)
He will probably have a kromer bar, the more kromer he have, the more damage he will deal

Plus his attacks are a bit unfair is a balance between an actual reference or a weaker version of it

His smash attack would be the final attack where is becomes huge and starts shooting blasts, which after that he shoots a large one that blinds the screen and does small damage and knockback
He might have a meter of kromer, when it fills up he becomes neo, while in neo mode you become a super heavy weight with floats and has great recovery, but every attack in neo form uses kromer, special attacks use more kromer. Your final smash is stronger if you are in neo
Final attack should be the one in deltarune where he gets huge and starta sucking
