Really cool to see someone climb it with Sharma’s beta. Climber’s that came after him said he made it harder with the jumping and campusing, but it was just the way for Chris and now Medji. Certainly makes it more fun to watch.
Aaah, le lancer main droite à la Sharma! La vraie question c'est de savoir si c'est plus facile comme ça, ou si c'est juste tellement plus cool de sentir que tu gères le ballant? Bravo pour la croix!!
Not to take away from the accomplishment, but what are the rules to clipping with outside climbing? Is it just for your own safety or does it also count as part of the route, like with competition lead climbing?
Tell us more... some climbing moves that are legend are chipped btw, like the crossover in La Rose et le Vampire (I think I heard English-speaking people call that move a rose, if I'm not mistaken).
Let's goooooo! So sick Mejdi, a bucket list dream route right there
Agreed 🙌
Such an epic route.
Thanks man !!
I'd love to see you come out to squamish

Nice. To me the best ascent on this route was still that of Kiersch.

Just for safety. All that matters is clipping the anchors
It's 5.14d
To me, this is more exciting than a gold medal, just sayin
It's chipped.
Where? Final crux?
