Samuel L steals every freaking scene he's in. I'm not hating on anyone, but Christoph Waltz's best supporting win in Django was a really horrible choice. Waltz was amazing as Landa, but bland as heck as Dr Schultz. :/

Christop's character is the coolest in this movie. The scenes with him are the most memorable for most. It was actually about Decaprio vs Waltz for the best supporting role. Although Samuel J. was also great on it.
Samuel's eyes when he sees Jamie arrive then his constant hang up with Jamie riding the horse and being treated as a free man is too funny to get over, I can watch it over and over and it still cracks me up.

This is 2 1/2 minutes of comedy gold. My favorite scene from this amazing film. Definitely one of Tarantino's best.

The thing about ole Stephen, he wasn't anyone's fool. Twice in the movie you see him for who he really is; firstly when he's sitting sipping brandy telling Kandy about what Shultz and Django are up to(and only Stephen had it figured at that point), and secondly in the end scene where he drops the cane and stands upright, dropping the whole charade. Phenomenal performance.
DiCaprio is amazing!!! Anytime an actor digs so deep into a character that you forget it's acting, they deserve all the applause. Thank you Gilbert Grape...

leo's candy here is supremely underrated. i love jamie foxx he's one of one, the babe ruth of black comedy/singing/acting, and when he grabs sam jackson's attention, it draws your eyes off leo towards the horses. BUT watch it again and watch Leo, even just the clacking of the tobacco pipe on teeth at 36 seconds as he watches the interaction unfold before jumping in... it's just perfect. perfect scene by a handful of perfect actors
