Zack, I think you should make a video on postures while studying on a computer. Most of us sit on a chair while studying for hours. Do you have any stretches or maybe good postures that can help reducing the damaging effects of sitting. I think this might be a good video idea 🤔. The final decision is your, but I hope you do some brainstorming on this.

This is a super helpful video with a lot of great tips! I have heard, though, that you shouldn't change your caffeine intake on the day of. I am by no means qualified to say this, but I wouldn't recommend drinking coffee if you usually don't, as it can make it harder to focus and may increase feelings of anxiety if you get all jittery, especially if your caffeine tolerance is low. Thanks for the information!

The problem with this is that the scientific literature on these types of subjects is exceptionally weak in methodology and analysis, and needs to be taken with a massive stalactite of salt.
