That scrap metal is terminal vav units. We assembled those at my plant in Winder GA. The wire in the heaters is copper wire.

Those AC units are called VAV (Variable Air Volume) units. They are basically glorified air dampers used to supply a controlled amount of cool or warm air into a space. The damper would modulate as needed and is controlled by a dedicated thermostat. (if anyone cares to know)

Around how much you pay in insurance? I like the set up of the truck and trailer. Reconsidering going this route instead of box truck. Only issue is going be the parking at home. Don't know how much parking the trailers at the yards cost a month.

Hey bro not hating at all. Your doing a good job. Just a pointer. Try to keep your straps over your loads where your boards are so the you don’t damage any of the materials.
I know & I typically do. Trust me, I have a video where I had to use that method with some fragile Sheetrock, I should be posting that video in a week or two.

I’m in Texas and our rules are different & the location of my light bar will be different. So his situation has nothing to do with me. Everything I’m doing is 100% legal in the great state of Texas.

Depends on the weight & height of what I carrying. Typically 12-15 mpg
what are you using to get your loads now? Still using Truckstop and other load boards or are you just getting a connect in with local construction companies?

U are not gonna need MC number to run local, but u should get it anyways cuz most companies or warehouses will ask for it..u don't have to get it right away, but u should get in once u make money.. if u trying run local only better find work first before u get started, cuz this business cost serious money to start and maintain
