Definitely update us in October! I'm a PMHNP & I took my first locums assignment fresh out of school. I work in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient. It's an ongoing assignment. I work remote 3 weeks out of the month & in office 1 week out of the month. I would have been there 1 year this coming February. I really want to get inpatient experience to be well rounded, but I know most locums may want previous in patient exp., but I have zero. I'd be open to coming to that facility over the summer next year if you deem it a good place to work. I want to learn more & I can only see so much in outpatient.

I think you maybe able to get some inpatient jobs with outpatient experience

I think there are many that have programs on campus.. university of Alabama I think is one of them
