Im not so sure about him using the oxygen tank,must be experienced and the cost of the oxygen, can he make enough to pay for the refill and the maintenance of the tank,it must be maintained quiet often incase of leaks. No oxygen tank people use the oxygen machine put on the boat but he will save money to buy it himself
