I wrote this for someone very close to me who has been bullied and mentally abused by a certain person for most of their life. I tried to capture their feelings and thoughts in one song the best I could. For anyone who has or is being bullied, just remember you are loved and you are an amazing person. I hope this song can give you some strength and help you through the rough times you are facing. Much love everybody and thank you for listening as always :)

This song hits deep on so many personal levels, this month marked the 1 year of escaping my abuser and this song is exactly how it felt and how I felt about them. its unreal how much it fits and how happy this makes me, the person thinks they can just mend everything with a simple "sorry" and act like they haven't done that every year for 6 years. i called them out and I was the one to receive the backlash despite them having no proof of what they claimed but I know that what I said was right and I had every right to "take a stand" against them and that's what matters. i could honestly go over each line and make connections like
"I was just a little one when,

fits as well because I met them while I was a child and they used me for it, made my life a living hell and I couldn't escape it, used me as a scapegoat whenever they could.
