My bandmates & other musicians I’ve jammed with consider me the “perfect pitch elitist” cuz somehow I’m able to hear pitch in even the slightest noises like a lawn mower blowing or a glass clinging. At times it gets annoying being considered for this but it’s helped me in the long run I guess… Thanks 4 posting 👍

But that tune was in B...
Also, I tend to tune out people's speaking pitches, but I used to get asked A LOT about what pitch I heard random non-musical sounds make.

Number 7 teaching tuning to a adult beginner. She never needed a tuner of course and didn’t understand why I needed to learn ( peasant me). When the bridge fell in class I nearly wet myself . Didn’t break the violin , but now I’m afraid .

    4. My brother and I would be obnoxious on our instrument (guitar for me/drums for him) when trying to get each other’s attention. Pinch harmonics plus feedback was my go to..he would drop the snare lever and release the trash can snare.

I'm glad I've never been any of these; when I've rehearsed in bands, the only instrument I've ever "played" is my voice, and I would always get to rehearsal early so I could warm up beforehand.
