Not necessarily. I saw them at The Warfield in SF and would have preferred a bigger venue. I think BM are a large arena kind of act. It allows for the grandiose, epic kind of show that was Tokyo Dome.
No matter how epic the band or the stadium tour, nothing beats a small venue for that reason alone. Megadeth in a club, Metallica in a club. Both make you feel like your organs are liquifying in your body from the bass
@@XMorbidReignX that's right.. I've ran sound for a few years and in a smaller arena you can pin it to the wall without have to worry about the gymnasium effect. Sound bouncing off ever wall.. I want the kick drum to punch you in the chest.. did you notice the people in the balcony ? They're like 2 feet away from those Line aray speakers.. their hair is probably standing up on their heads..
