    This total body Pilates Mat class is a great well-rounded flow. We'll warm up and move into some tabletop and side plank work challenging the triceps; followed by core work that incorporates hip flexors and quads; then finish with bridge work for glutes and inner thighs and a cool down.
    EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
    -Long resistance band (this is the one I use, link is affiliate: amzn.to/3yg830Z)
    If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

    I've done literally hundreds (like 450+ because I just counted) of your workouts, and this was absolutely one of the most challenging. My triceps and hip flexors! I'm scared to ask, but more please?!

      I know, it’s 🤯 But the math be mathin! 4ish workouts a week for over 2 years. Plus I thumbs up every video I complete to help me keep track of which workouts I’ve done, and RUclips counts for me. A long winded way to say your workouts have such variety and are so well done that I’ve been engaged with results I’m very happy with for actual years now! 🥰

    I love your resistance bands workouts. The burn is insane! Thank you.
    It would be also cool to have a very slow training with a resistance band and more time in each exercise ;) Because sometimes it feels like you just started an exercise, lined up good form but need to switch to a different one pretty quick.

    Why are resistance band/loops way way way harder than lighter set of weights?
    This class is easier on the abs for me, but my triceps and hip flexors are on fire. What a BURN. 🔥
