If it gets a physical I'll try to get the money to buy it but i won't pay 50 for digital.

Amazon seems to be selling the game for $50, so the physical version costs the same as the digital version.

I've just started playing this game and I'm enjoying it, but when I try to equip a shard it says I don't have a contract with it, what does that mean?

I remember playing this on the 3DS. I expect it to be like alliance alive but the story did not hold a cande to it.

This game came before Alliance Alive, which is why some people probably found it boring in comparison. I played this first on the 3DS and loved it. Difficult, but the battle system of learning new moves was fun yet exciting since its random. Also the music is amazing. I love it and totally recommend giving the soundtrack a listen. Especially the battle themes!
There is honestly a lot more to this game if you give it the time and patience. It isn't for everyone, but similar to SAGA series games if you like those!
Totally picking this up again once it comes out! Hopefully I can fully complete the game this time!!
