Wow, Neil handled this so much better than most late night talkshow hosts. Most just freaks out at every single animal, but Neil seemed genuinely interested and fascinated. Plus he actually lets the animal guy talk.

Alisa Barac snakes in general are so pretty. Their scales always make me think of gemstones, especially if they've shed recently. They feel about as smooth, too.

Harris is an awesome host and just a curious person in general. He doesn't have an agenda on the show and isn't trying to talk over the animal expert. He is actually interested in the animals and wants to interact with them unlike every other talk show host that runs away from a little monkey... No offense Steve Harvey lol

Four nights a week (unlike Bee and Oliver) is a grind. Just guessing, but NPH wants a family/work balance. Seriously, just a guess. (My nephew worked crew on his show, that's what he came away with. I'm forever grateful bc my nephew is a pretty formative ideological age - 22 and engaged.)

It's such a relief to see that Neil actually let the guy talk unlike most hosts. That, and he didn't run away from every animal just for laughs, he wasn't rude at all. He deserves his own show..

Dear night talkshow hosts, THIS is how you handle the animal experts, you keep calm, you don't overreact to everything and especially you let him explain what the animal is and what it does.

I was actually more excited to see Jules than Neil in this clip...Jules is a really cool chap and he is an amazing animal trainer/reptile expert...he actually worked on the Indiana jones series!

Damn NPH was probably the best host when it comes to animals and wildlife-specialists... Kimmel, Fallon, Corden and Conan always try too hard to make a joke, act scared and interrupt, it gets really annoying. NPH found the thin line between being an entertaining host and showing some respect and interest in his guest. Kudos

It makes such a difference to see a host enthusiastically up for these animals. Even when nervous, Harris was still game. Most hosts are so busy coming up with pithy remarks we don’t learn anything! This was really enjoyable.
