Watched this at 2 am, just an hour after I finished praying to God to reveal to me how he wants me to fast after failing my fasts so many times. He was so quick to answer this prayer that I broke down in tears. The funny thing is that this is the second time God has answered my prayer through your vlog and I haven't even subscribed. Fasting is really powerful, there was a time I was in fasting and the Lord started speaking to me on how to start a WhatsApp group for preaching His word and praying for people. When I did, people just started coming from all corners of the earth. Right now I created another group because the other got so full. Fasting is a game changer
Fasting is physically hard but spiritually useful. It's an amazing thing. Churches should more talk about fasting. It's so good to grow spiritually, to get closer to God !!!

You’re so peaceful love your aura🌹 yes I was also going through a fast for five days I was so angry and just so hungry... when I thought I was failing because I promised myself to fo a ten day fast.. I still received a major breakthrough i ended up ending it at day five but beforehand I had a dream that I was going through a very narrow path and people were squeezing in to fit in and I was going one way there were people going the opposite way.. so some lady drops her lighter it was a yellow lighter too... so I stop to help her and pick it up and give it to her so she smiles thanks me and says God bless you... now I forgot to mention that I used to smoke and after this fast I ended being totally delivered from addiction of smoking... felt amazing afterwards.. and yes I want to implement this as a lifestyle... Praise Jesus!

I just love you. I am on my third day of a fast, and it is indescribable how the Lord is working. Honestly I didn't know much about fasting, and I wanted to hear some testimonies. Every video I clicked on did not work, except for yours. And that never happens. I was like thank you Lord for leading me to this amazing woman!!
So I freaking love your videos! so I was seeking our True and Living God and I wanted to meet with God, I prayed for this. So at 3 am or so I began to pray in my bed, and I got so scared because His presence came into my room, and It was so huge. It's hard to describe but I could feel his presence and I was trembling in the presence of God. It's something that I cannot explain but its only something that you can experience. Just thought I would share my experience.
My first serious complete fast for spiritual reasons some years back had me so sick I thought I was dying... Then I realized all the arthritic joint swelling also disappeared? So began elimination diets along with intermittent fasting and health mountains have moved. Its profoundly both spiritual and physical. Bless you for encouraging others 💕

Been watching your videos and every single thing that u talked bt i have gone thru and still going thru.i have woken up hearing a man preaching abt god .the more i tried really wake up and listen thats when the voice became faint and disappeared.this happened twice.i cdnt make out if its a demonic voiice or gods voice but it was neither that i dont know maybe angel voice.everything u went thru i have gone thru.felt delivered and again felt possessed all over again.m struggling wth spirit husband but i feel like because of that i have grown closer to god and i was laughing at the devil that he actually brought me to god.im learning so much from u jasmine there was a time when i felt like im alone and god is not listening.i was giving up but because of your videos i got back up and prayed harder .thank u so much.i love u jasmine and m praying for you.

Yes but 3 PM is a special prayer time for me. I guess cause I work nights and I have my alarm set for 2:45p for my appointment with God at 3 pm. It is SO SPECIAL. Any time with God is amazing.

Been watching your videos and every single thing that u talked bt i have gone thru and still going thru.i have woken up hearing a man preaching abt god .the more i tried really wake up and listen thats when the voice became faint and disappeared.this happened twice.i cdnt make out if its a demonic voiice or gods voice but it was neither that i dont know maybe angel voice.everything u went thru i have gone thru.felt delivered and again felt possessed all over again.m struggling wth spirit husband but i feel like because of that i have grown closer to god and i was laughing at the devil that he actually brought me to god.im learning so much from u jasmine there was a time when i felt like im alone and god is not listening.i was giving up but because of your videos i got back up and prayed harder .thank u so much.i love u jasmine and m praying for you.

Thanks Jasmine . First timer ans ive listened to 3 vedios about fasting. Im gasting just now and i tell you this is hard thank you for teaching me that the third hour is 9am. The sixth hr is 12pm and the ninth hr is 12pm. Thank you so much. For sharing this with me. Which im going to practice. Keep the faith bye.
Yes but 3 PM is a special prayer time for me. I guess cause I work nights and I have my alarm set for 2:45p for my appointment with God at 3 pm. It is SO SPECIAL. Any time with God is amazing.
