@aliisharif5213 hi, what type of BRP/leave to remain in the UK did you have? If your children are British and returned to live in the UK, they can make an application to have their mum come to live in the UK with them.

@aliisharif5213 okay, I assume that permitt will no longer be valid. Therefore, you would need to come back to the UK with a valid visa👍
