Just to clarify- Thunder Laser only sells Lightburn Compatible lasers (mine was a special order) so know that if you get any laser from Thunder Laser, you're getting a top tier product that uses the best and most user friendly laser software!

Good overview, Hamilton. I'm going to agree with @JohnUftring's comment about the nature of jigs. I'm not a guy who makes jigs that are "customer ready." Jigs are a necessary part of my workflow and I will create them as quickly and accurately as possible to get me back to my project and the work I truly enjoy. Keep up the great work. Loving the Maketember!

Nice review. Keep up the good work. I'm really enjoying the Maketember series.
Jigs are what you make to make your workflow easier or faster for you. If the jig works for you, then it's good! The one you made for the ornablanks looks great, and does what you need. I don't have a CNC router to make jigs, but I have used 1/2" plywood cut with small hand chisels to hold antler style bottle openers; I've also used picture frame mat board cut with my diode laser to make jigs for engraving wooden key chain fobs. I have a big 100 Watt CO2 laser and a 50 Watt fiber laser on order, and I can't wait for them to arrive and to start using them.

I have the 100w MOPA and it works great. It has not made me any money but that will change soon.
