Really good suggestion/question! I try to use brake clean whenever I spill oil on the floor, and it does help significantly with the eventual stain. But brake clean doesn't do much for old, dried up stains in my experience.

grinding wont help the oil soaked into the concreate. Thanks

Saw another guy on yt literally vaporize the oil stain with a weed burner. Try at your own risk.
Tried it, doesn't work well in sealed concrete in my garage unfortunately. Would try it on my driveway though, appreciate the tip.
