There's a couple of points I really like in this fight. 1. Bakugo after the first punch breaks his arm just looks at Midoriya with that expression of "AND THIS HAPPENS TO YOU EVERY TIME YOU CRAZY BASTARD?!?!" 2. Bakugo throwing a sun at Nine
Even though he dont remeber it though I liked how the end he was freaking out how his arms look and the thought that comes too my mind is welcome to Deku's world there buddy.

"You want to give up your power, your dreams, your everything? Are you sure?" And then the understanding that it's deku he's talking about, of course he's ready to do whatever it takes to save lives. Fucking beautiful scene.
The scene when they are smashing the cloud and both they're hands bleed ......they looked at each other like "i still won't let you outdo me" and goes full power .....that's magic
The part where Bakugou just looks so shocked. And it didn’t show here; but Deku saying “if it’s you, it’s ok” giving up his dream and passing it on to Bakugou who at this point, hadn’t been apologized to Deku at all… Deku really trusts Bakugou with his entire heart and knows he’ll do the right thing despite everything between them is crazy to me and always makes me tear up.
Duude, that was just SICK voice acting. His voice cracked like crazy. Im kind of sad that people who watch it in the dub are missing brilliant voice acting like that, but anyway. Fucking glorious epicness coming out of his mouth, respect to that voice actor

Like granted, there are extremely rare examples of animes that sound amazing in English dub (for example Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) but for the most part, dubbed animes just lack that emotional quality that the original voice had. And some times it goes so far, to the point where I feel physical pain when I hear the english voices of characters I like😖😖 for example Inosuke in the dubbed Demon Slayer, and Mineta in the dubbed MHA

Besides he can go surprisingly low, so an old deku with the same VA would fit perfectly. Im not so sure about the english one. Anyways, i don't hate on my hero academia dub, compared to others (like snk) is pretty good, but im a sub guy in general, i feel like the english VA always fall short when it come to sadness and emotional moments, whereas japanese VA kill it.
Seeing this at the theaters was probably the best thing I ever done. I was so moved and it was such an breathless, incredible scene. Chills chills chills! I wish I could go back and experience it again for the first time. It was literally that awesome.
Midoriya/Deku is literally the most inspirational protagonist I’ve ever seen in all of fiction. He willingly sacrifices a dream he’s had all his life and any prospect of being the “World’s No.1 Hero” to save those kids. He ALWAYS does the right thing no matter what it costs him. Deku, you may not be Japan’s No.1 Hero, but you are the greatest hero of all time.
That's not always a good thing though, that's Deku's entire arc, realizing that sacrificing everything yourself isn't always the way. It's a difficult one, the question of "could I save more if I just didn't give everything here" is a question that can't really be answered. If Deku continued on like this, taking on everything to himself, he'd absolutely get killed before taking on AFO. Yes, sometimes giving everything is necessary, but only when you know you won't be needed afterwards.
Midorya definitely deserves ofa. he has demonstrated that he is a true a hero. He is willing to die to protect the innocent and the one's he loves. He knew he could lose his power and still chose to give bakugo ofa. He deserves to be the number one hero.
Goku, Vageta, Naruto and Sasuke along with all the other reigning gods of anime are looking down upon these two boys and they smile knowing the torch is has been handed to worthy characters. My Hero has literally blown me away. Bravo boys. Bravo.

Then he went and passed it on to Bakugo, making Bakugod Ofa superior to Dekus plus his explosion quirk which is boosted by ofa. just finished watching the movie and holy shit that was one of the most beautiful animation sequences i’ve seen in my LIFE. the sound fx paired with how it transitions to only music holy fuck it gives the scene so much intensity. props to everyone involved with making this happen. absolutely marvelous to watch
I just love the teamwork at the end from deku giving a brutal final smash and then bakugo being there to light his ass up to make sure there is no way he getting back up
Let's not forget that using that much power could have easily killed them from the first punch clearing the sky you could see it physically ripping them apart. Yet the remained strong , the remained a pillar of hope and showed the world what goodness and friendship can do. Madorya giving up his dreams for others to live and baku giving up his stubbornness to not only receive help but give it without thoughts. True heros they live up to the title . I cried and I'm not ashmed because this was one of the most memorable moments of my years watching anime. Amazing and powerful beyond my capacity of words.♡
I think I can speak for all of us when I say that our heart’s crumbled when Bakugo said “After this... will you still be able to use your power?” Or “This is the end of your dream, Deku.” Like my guy really cared

I always loved MHA fights. Most are quick and simple, but I think that’s what makes longer fights all the more meaningful and breathtaking. I honestly cant wait for the new seasons to come out (I just caught up to manga).
Our boi bakugou really got the best personality development here. He saved the girl instead of fighting the villain, protected deku and was worried about him losing his power, also get worried about Sato and talked to kids without shouting at them and even waved at them. He was just so adorable, i love him
Yeah I agree. I think he always felt that way, but he just doesn't express anything and he would rather seem angry all the time than let his feelings show, that makes him a really interesting character to me, to be honest!
I really like how they decided not to have triumphant music, but went with a more solemn song to give us the feeling that even though they're going to win it's coming at the cost of dekus dream and future; it really gives weight to the scene
Nah it’s a filler movie what weight can it have. Honestly they should of at the very least added sound effects. It’s just too quiet. Really wish it had sound because it would make the animation feel wayyyyyyy better

Bakugou was able to use OFA at 100% and combine it with is already existing powers literally after just obtaining the quirk while Midoriya was able to cultivate the OFA into his own form and outpace Bakagou this entire fight after giving it away. Midoriya is the definition of Determination meets work perseverance. Bakugou is the definition of Raw Talent meets work ethic.

@@lavacrush1234 I actually believe that One For All will be a power shared with all. This latest Arc in the manga convinced me that Deku will never be able to fully control OFA as it's too powerful. But what if he can share OFA temporarily with other heroes like all of Class 1A at once? There will less burden on him and all the heroes will end up strong enough to take on All for One. The main problem why every OFA user has failed against AFO is because they all felt they were the only ones who could stop him and Deku is no different. But as Deku injures himself more and more, he will need to rely on others more. I believe he will become the greatest hero not because he will be powerful enough to stand alone, but because he will be able to empower the heroes around him.
Deku saying MY LAST SMASH!!!!! Shows how willing he was to give up everything he has even his own life for even the smallest of lives even gave OFA to bakugo even though bakugo made his life hell
DAMN this fight is so much better than the third movies final fight. The music, the animation, the absolute Intensity of bakugo with one for all. It all perfectly blends into an amazing finale. This movies first and second act were decent, but the third act is absolutely fantastic. The third one could've met this level of hype, but dropped the ball in so many places.
I love this scene because this is not a typical "hype final fight scene with hype soundtrack". This scene expresses the feelings of deku. It is solemn, kinda like sad. The feeling of goodness when knowing you saved the people but in the other hand, sadness because you sacrificed your dream for it.
There was also the confrontation « saving people for winning against villains » and « winning against villains for saving people » that discribe deku and bakugo so well
@@amuroray9115 he's talking about boruto, sauske forgets he has the rinnegan and he runs out of chakra way too quickly. After the momoshiki fight he got nerfed hard due to the fact that the villains in boruto are significantly weaker so sauske had to be weaker to show how threatening they are.
Could you imagine both of them going back to school with this power up? Imagine how the sports festival would have gone. Deku's single kick would annihilate half the stadium and Bakugo's explosions would have destroyed the other half.
I remember watching this for the first time in theaters and all of the gasps and “no”s in the audience I wish I could relive that moment again it was amazing

A great anime movies. There were good details and emotional scenes. The animation and everything down to the last thing of it is perfect. Bakugo and Deku😮 The end scene was chills and some emotions for me. But good thing he has not lost his One For All. Amazing Movie 10/10
Haven't even seen the movie but follow the franchise. Been watching anime over 2 decades this is without a doubt one of the best scenes I've ever seen. The music. The action, the buildup. This is perfect.
The thing that made this even more compelling was the background music. Everything from the visuals, story and music made this sooo much powerful and memorable.
THISSSSSSSSSSSS. Normally with an epic fight you have this edm type music (which i love) but this woman's voice over this gave it such an ethereal feel that you get literal CHILLS watching and listening. It was an EXPERIENCE in the theaters and honestly rewatching it the other day home just didn't hit the same.
This is the first ever series that actually made me cry, like everything from the music, the animation and the climax, and i swear i genuinely thought deku actually lost his quirk because of the way fight ended, this is singlehandedly my favorite anime of all time
What I love about my hero academia and especially this movie is that Izuku was ready to give up on his dream to save other people. It truly shows heroes in their purest form and we forget that those exist In real life.

There were still a few walls between them. “It’s... hard to explain, kid. Things will be rough for you for a while but...” The memories flashed through his head. Ground Beta. Their training sessions with All Might. Being able to communicate and fighting together like a team. All of these things and more were bringing them closer together every day. “But it will all be worth it in the end. Trust me on that. Things will get better, I promise.”
I remember watching this movie in theaters and seeing Deku willingly give up on his dreams so easily, you just know where his heart really lies. He gave up the best thing that happened to him without hesitation.
@@Dawood_Awan I just read through an article, they gave a kinda BS solution being “bakugo didn’t actually get one for all because.” It was either because bakugo gets knocked out before the transfer is complete or that the past users of OfA didn’t let bakugo have it in recognition of deku.
@@ryanrzjr It was stated that Deku continued to have One For All because deku didnt give it willingly, he gave it because it was the only way to win and was forced to. So it wasn't a permanent quirk switch, just a temporary power up for bakugo.

Bakugo just wants to be better than All Might with heavy vanity. Plus it should be BLATANTLY obvious this is Deku's story, with his own narration of how HE became the greatest hero not Bakugo so obviously he wasn't gonna keep One For All so no not BS.

just finished watching the movie and holy shit that was one of the most beautiful animation sequences i’ve seen in my LIFE. the sound fx paired with how it transitions to only music holy fuck it gives the scene so much intensity. props to everyone involved with making this happen. absolutely marvelous to watch
I just love the teamwork at the end from deku giving a brutal final smash and then bakugo being there to light his ass up to make sure there is no way he getting back up

Let's not forget that using that much power could have easily killed them from the first punch clearing the sky you could see it physically ripping them apart. Yet the remained strong , the remained a pillar of hope and showed the world what goodness and friendship can do. Madorya giving up his dreams for others to live and baku giving up his stubbornness to not only receive help but give it without thoughts. True heros they live up to the title .
I cried and I'm not ashmed because this was one of the most memorable moments of my years watching anime.

I always loved MHA fights. Most are quick and simple, but I think that’s what makes longer fights all the more meaningful and breathtaking. I honestly cant wait for the new seasons to come out (I just caught up to manga).
I love that moment in which Bakugou becomes a lava bender lol. His quirk is unbelievably powerful when combined with OFA.
Our boi bakugou really got the best personality development here. He saved the girl instead of fighting the villain, protected deku and was worried about him losing his power, also get worried about Sato and talked to kids without shouting at them and even waved at them. He was just so adorable, i love him
Yeah I agree. I think he always felt that way, but he just doesn't express anything and he would rather seem angry all the time than let his feelings show, that makes him a really interesting character to me, to be honest!

Bakugou was able to use OFA at 100% and combine it with is already existing powers literally after just obtaining the quirk while Midoriya was able to cultivate the OFA into his own form and outpace Bakagou this entire fight after giving it away. Midoriya is the definition of Determination meets work perseverance. Bakugou is the definition of Raw Talent meets work ethic.

@@lavacrush1234 I actually believe that One For All will be a power shared with all. This latest Arc in the manga convinced me that Deku will never be able to fully control OFA as it's too powerful. But what if he can share OFA temporarily with other heroes like all of Class 1A at once? There will less burden on him and all the heroes will end up strong enough to take on All for One. The main problem why every OFA user has failed against AFO is because they all felt they were the only ones who could stop him and Deku is no different. But as Deku injures himself more and more, he will need to rely on others more. I believe he will become the greatest hero not because he will be powerful enough to stand alone, but because he will be able to empower the heroes around him.

DAMN this fight is so much better than the third movies final fight. The music, the animation, the absolute Intensity of bakugo with one for all. It all perfectly blends into an amazing finale. This movies first and second act were decent, but the third act is absolutely fantastic. The third one could've met this level of hype, but dropped the ball in so many places.
I love this scene because this is not a typical "hype final fight scene with hype soundtrack". This scene expresses the feelings of deku. It is solemn, kinda like sad. The feeling of goodness when knowing you saved the people but in the other hand, sadness because you sacrificed your dream for it.
There was also the confrontation « saving people for winning against villains » and « winning against villains for saving people » that discribe deku and bakugo so well

Everything from the visuals, story and music made this sooo much powerful and memorable.
THISSSSSSSSSSSS. Normally with an epic fight you have this edm type music (which i love) but this woman's voice over this gave it such an ethereal feel that you get literal CHILLS watching and listening. It was an EXPERIENCE in the theaters and honestly rewatching it the other day home just didn't hit the same.

@@Dawood_Awan I just read through an article, they gave a kinda BS solution being “bakugo didn’t actually get one for all because.” It was either because bakugo gets knocked out before the transfer is complete or that the past users of OfA didn’t let bakugo have it in recognition of deku.
@@ryanrzjr It was stated that Deku continued to have One For All because deku didnt give it willingly, he gave it because it was the only way to win and was forced to. So it wasn't a permanent quirk switch, just a temporary power up for bakugo.

Bakugo just wants to be better than All Might with heavy vanity. Plus it should be BLATANTLY obvious this is Deku's story, with his own narration of how HE became the greatest hero not Bakugo so obviously he wasn't gonna keep One For All so no not BS.
