I can relate to this and I’m so sorry I have so many panic attacks and they last for a while but my longest one is 8 hours and I almost passed out again I’m so sorry I’m so glad your service dog was there for you ❤

First person was definitely inappropriate with her questions. She should have asked if you needed medical assistance. Not what do you have. That’s her sneakily trying to validate your needs of a service dog.
    Second person, beautiful job.

I’m glad you made it home safely. I would be so terrified. Good job Winnie for bringing your mama home and protecting her.
Learning to balance my diabetes for the first time, i went into shock a few times, or not taking my medication on time- it’s terrifying. I was also pregnant when I found out.

It was a very hard experience for me gave me some dog fear I didn’t have before I’d never even thought of what would happen with a fake if I was unconscious and couldn’t protect my dog. I hope the world gets better at it in the future.

Hey, my heart rate spikes randomly when I go upstairs, walking etc. not every time but a good majority of the time. The cardiologist said I was fine. My heart going from 70-150/190/210 doesn’t seem normal to me. I have a Cardiac alert service dog because Ik one of these days I’m not going to make it but I’ve been given no diagnosis. Just “drink water.”

I’d recommend seeing a POTS specialist and getting a tilt table test
