No, it's correct it should be -0.000...1 so that adding with 0.00.....1 makes it 0 ...bcoz from negative to zero value decreases
@Udayveer Singh You see in F.P.F we just take the fractional part right? So let say you have to find {2.9} which is equal to { 2 + 0.9 } = 0.9. But in case of negative numbers say { -8.4 } it is equal to ( -9 ) + 0.6 so fpf of { -8.4 } = 0.6
Note: FPF of any number is always +ve

I would request u along with great teachers Walter Lewin sir and H C Verma sir provide us with experiments and their full explanation that would make us help in understanding physics better and its application in nature............Sir u also know in school physics is taken as a subject which is highly unconnected and the way it is taught it is only for marks but not actually to make us feel that physics is actually there around us........I hope sir u ll consider my request.
