velocity800 I’m trying to immerse myself into everything Florida has to offer...and share the adventures with viewers. I’m hungry to learn new things and experience more adventures!
Afterwork Adventures thanks! It was so much fun. Learning a lot about fossils and having fun sharing the adventures. These kinds of videos are much more fun to edit and create. Appreciate the comment.
Frankob hey thanks so much. Really appreciate it. I’m learning a lot about fossils. I’ve only lived in Florida for 4yrs. This is new to me. So much fun. I also like editing these styles of videos.
@@blakehurst8695 I was far out in the gulf on Tuesday. Boat mates thought I would had become what I hunt lol. But I was eventually found as I gradually got closer to the boat despite the current.
SeaSic yeah water was actually beautiful. Only times it wasn’t clear was because the guys were digging up stream and I was downstream scouting for bone beds and gravel sites.
Cindy Y I enjoy it. The pedal drive works well. I didn’t use the pedals on this adventure due to lots of shallow areas and fallen timber in the creek/river. I have both the Riot Mako 10 & 12. The Mako 10 has less storage due to small rear tray and no recessed front tray like the 12. I like how lightweight the Riot Mako 10 is though. Super easy to transport. It is the lowest priced pedal kayak on the market.
Did you have any issues with the hand steering? I just bought the Mako 10 and had it out twice and steering is less than desirable. Lubed the cables and no noticeable difference.
@@KayakDIY yeah man looks like y'all had a good trip! That's awesome! I normally just dig in the creeks, I dont have my scuba cert yet but I definitely plan on it in the future lol I know Mike goes out almost every day it seems!
Cup & Cone true...water is actually quite beautiful and clear but has reddish brown hues. Clearest water that looks like glass is in the Florida springs like in my other videos.
Really? You scubadive??? That’s one thing Aliex cannot do!! Stay safe down there mate!!

Nice! Let me know next time and I'll join you!
Outdoor Adventures likewise... I need to remember that you dive! Darn! We should plan a dive trip together.
Awesome! Looks like a good time!!!

What are your thoughts on the mako 10?

Nice video bro! I also make fossil hunting videos! Great editing on your video lol I'm still learning with every new video I make!
Cool. I will check out your channel 🙂👍
I love learning and trying new things.
This was an awesome first trip with the dive gear and kayaks.

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I'm curious. What was that creature that was trying to kill you? Is it poisionus? I've never seen one before.
Larry Talbot no idea, but it didn’t look friendly. 😂. Good rule of thumb is if it looks strange in appearance and angry leave it alone.
I totally get that! It did look rather upset that you were on its neighborhood.
Jeezz the water from that canal must be coming from residential homes in the surrounding areas. Yawk!
The tannic color has always been there...long before humans. It's from decaying vegetation.
