Do you use a teleprompter in your workflow and if so, which one?
Kri, terrific presentation. The sound quality was also outstanding. There's some softness to your audio as well as clear and proper volume. Your sound should be a baseline for others as a benchmark. Too many content creators' audio sounds like it's coming through a pillow, too muffled or, on the other end of the scale, too sharp. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Elgato Prompter.

When I was recording an online course, not having access to a good teleprompter was such a pain. I ended up printing out notes and taping them to the bottom of the camera. Definitely not ideal. Thanks for sharing this!

I just got mine up and running yesterday. Hardware is great. Software integration is a bit wonky. The teleprompter software that comes with the camera hub is auto scroll which is fine, but the ones that you can get for the ipad is great because they can smart scroll (listens to you and scrolls as you read). All in all, it's fine, but the software could be better

Just added the Elgato Prompter - Your rig looks great. Do you have any concerns with the weight of the prompter hanging off your lens? I use a Sony ZV-E10 w/16mm Sigma 1.4. Great for recording at my desk but when adding Prompter it just seems kind of heavy.
Not at all. The prompter is much lighter than other teleprompters I’ve used in the past.
Hello, will the prompter stay stable on the lens if I adjust the focus with a remote control? I have a Canon with a 50 mm lens. Thank you
As long as the lens focus elements aren't external, you should be good to go. You can also use the prompter without attaching it to the lens.

Do you know if you can also have the script scrolling on the laptop or computer monitor? For example have the script scrolling on the prompter but also have it scrolling on a monitor so you can glance between the two and still the script?

What do you think about the new AI eye contact feature? We all may be getting rid of teleprompters soon.
