And then as soon as they arrive they accidentally murder the whole family. Which makes it even funnier in my opinion.
what's interesting is how when they killed them, they just turned into a puddle of ink and paint, as if they were actually animated , existing in a parallel universe where everyone and everything is drawn in animation style. like the entire universe, down to the subatomic level. the fundamental particles are whatever ink and stuff that animators use to draw the characters

Fun fact: The Simpsons is near impossible to censor Since the show was not expected to go anywhere, Matt Groening was able to talk the network into a contract with an absolutely unprecedented amount creative freedom (that's how they can make fun of Fox by name even though they air on Fox) and so basically they can put in anything they want into a Simpsons episode and Disney and Fox and any other network that owns it just has to be there.

I still love how Morty accepts to go after Rick mentions there’s like a billion characters in the simpsons, Ned is of course the first one to start looking being their neighbour.
Actually, that’s not a bad idea. The Simpsons are trying to get through the intro sequence, but things keep getting in their way, and the obstacles get more and more over-the-top until the intro takes up the whole episode. Could be an opportunity for some self-aware/meta humor.
I gotta say i loved this collab because this was animated by the simpson’s animators teamed up with some rick and morty animators so this made the animation extremely high quality honestly i would love to see the quality of the simpson’s being implemented into rick and morty

I tried to keep watching but the episodes became more and more lazily written and I got disillusioned. they didn't do a crossover, they just did an easter egg, the episode where jerry gets left at day care I think it's the blitz and chips episode, when jerry leaves the daycare and wanders to the surrounding alien city you can see the futurama ship flying in the back ground. they might have done a couple more like that but I can't recall it right off the top of my head.
I thought the actual episode of Mathlete's Feat was good. It was really cool how they managed to learn math skills by doing things with their hands and learning in the real world after they lost their technology. Bormannator, what did YOU think of Mathlete's Feat? The vast number of seasons that The Simpsons already had before this episode shouldn't affect that, but now it seems like it does. Since the show was not expected to go anywhere, Matt Groening was able to talk the network into a contract with an absolutely unprecedented amount creative freedom (that's how they can make fun of Fox by name even though they air on Fox) and so basically they can put in anything they want into a Simpsons episode and Disney and Fox and any other network that owns it just has to be there.

Actually, that’s not a bad idea. The Simpsons are trying to get through the intro sequence, but things keep getting in their way, and the obstacles get more and more over-the-top until the intro takes up the whole episode. Could be an opportunity for some self-aware/meta humor.
The length of the couch gag fluctuates so every episode has the exact same runtime, even if there's less going on in the actual episode.

I tried to keep watching but the episodes became more and more lazily written and I got disillusioned. I keep watching reruns of S1 to S11 because they're awesome but the newer the episodes the more unwatchable they are. Rick and Morty is a far superior show nowadays.

Well there is a hint that galaxy he sent morty to just then has a slurm machine right before morty goes in.
they didn't do a crossover, they just did an easter egg, the episode where jerry gets left at day care I think it's the blitz and chips episode, when jerry leaves the daycare and wanders to the surrounding alien city you can see the futurama ship flying in the back ground. they might have done a couple more like that but I can't recall it right off the top of my head.

I thought the actual episode of Mathlete's Feat was good. It was really cool how they managed to learn math skills by doing things with their hands and learning in the real world after they lost their technology. Bormannator, what did YOU think of Mathlete's Feat? The vast number of seasons that The Simpsons already had before this episode shouldn't affect that, but now it seems like it does.
