I don't, since we haven't went live with HFNC yet. But there are multiple calculators out there and it's pretty easy to do since it's a flat LPM with HFNC regardless of the patients RR and tidal volume. Just plug in your tank size, the LPM, and account for around 200 PSI of unsuable pressure: opencriticalcare.org/oxygen-cylinder-duration-calculator/
