sorry this is very late prob have a new phone but just in case you run into it again delete the apple id by going into settings and account or user then delete and create a new one.
Login in to itunes to erase but is displaying that my phone must be connected to the internet before it can be erase but there are no ways i will be able to connect to my internet when is displaying iphone unavailable

The 4ukey is bs because I did the download and then it told me to spend $40 to actually unlock it so what was the point of doing the download. Probably just got access to my phone . Edit: everyone do the ITunes way it worked

For lostmode device owner info is needed like phone number or email that usually show by the lost message / medical id then we will send links to the owner for they to put their icloud email and password then using the details to removed the idloud .. its call phishing.

But my own it's not showing me the erase option😭
He said put in a SIM card with service and erase option will appear. I experienced the same issue until I put in a sim card
