Can we have a loops sound comparison. A video showing without loops and then the noise reduction with each. It would be very helpful to visualize before purchasing!!
For anyone with very sensitive hearing like me, I’ve found that conversation isn’t an issue with the experience model. It takes some getting used to to talk with them in, but I don’t think it’s necessary to get the ‘engage’ model for most conversations if you have sensitive hearing. You can just take one out or have it only halfway in if necessary. I really enjoy my loop experience plugs and I’m going to get a second pair so I always have a pair with me.
my favourite earplugs. the video helps, I'm planning on getting loop quiet, I already have the loop experience, and they're perfect for school (noise sensitivity).
I’m still trying to figure out which ones would be the best fit for me… I don’t have any loop rn and I’m not sure of Experience Pros or Engage Plus would be better. I’m a student, trying to black out background noise (especially in buses, malls, but probably at uni too). At the same time I’m a big concert lover so I’d like to protest my ears a little bit more. It’s also really hard for me to concentrate, even the most quiet sounds easily distract me. I also work as a teacher with 5yo kids which are really loud. Hearing about the inner voice effect, I’m wondering if maybe I should choose the engage ones? However the mettalic experiences are more aestetically pleasing hahah (but obviously that’s not the case).
@@whyamihere._ thank u! That’s so helpful 😊 but doesn’t the „inner voice” make u feel weird or sth? That’s what I’m mostly concerned about, honestly :/
Can you please share your feedback? I have the same issues and concerns you mentioned. I want the noise dampening effect, while still being able to hear people that are talking to me, while also not “hearing” myself too much. Lol, I know - I’m asking for a lot! I have been recently dealing with issues, on occasion, where my ears almost feel “stuffed up” (if that makes sense) - sort of like how you feel before your ears pop - kind of that “under water” feeling, and it drives me insane… almost as much as the loud or high pitched noises bother me. I’m not sure why it’s happening (maybe fluid in my ears or something), but I don’t want earplugs that recreate that sensation!!
I bought a pair of the Quiets on Amazon to use in a noisy office call center environment and they're great except the tips are still too large for my small ears and you can't use them with the XXS. I liked the idea of the entire thing being soft, they do seem more comfortable than other brands I've tried, my ears are sensitive also. I just ordered a pair of Engages and spent the extra $15 for the XXS set, $50 seems terribly overpriced for something this tiny and kind of cheap looking. Why is Quiet the only style we can't have XXS for?
I live in a rented house and I am a student, the tenants play music very loud, they do not understand even after explaining, so will this thing be beneficial for me.
For school, I would recommend the Loop Engage so you can hear the teacher and the lesson, but remove the extra unwanted chit-chat from outside or other students. ❤
Are you able to speak or sing with all three without feeling like your voice is under water? Which block loud noises or excessive noise vibration while still allowing for clarity..? I'm really unsure which l should be getting. A part of me wants the most canceling.. but lm not sure if that's the best thing.
What would people recommend for someone who works with kids and gets triggered by lots of noises at once but still needs to be able to hear them in order to adequately supervise and teach?
I agree witb this i haven’t gotten mine yet but the engage says its good for parenting and i plan on useing my engage when i start teaching prek this fall
My hearing has become hypersensitive. Sudden sharp voices, and laughs, make me jump out of my skin. In contrast, the low drone of an idling car with a modified 'fat' exhaust, irritates me to the point of near insanity. Is there a set that can help? It's hard to be around people because of it
I’m trying to figure out which ones would be best for me. I work from home, and with my line of work I wear headphones and I need to be able to hear what is being said clearly. But since I work from home, I also need to block out background noise and distractions from apartment living. Should I go with the engage or experience, and add the extra mute?
I haven’t tried the engage model but I’ve found that I can easily hear conversation with the loop experience. Talking with them in takes a little getting used to and I have quite sensitive hearing so I’m not sure which would be best for you. But personally, I’d suggest the experience model. Good luck! :)
I heard that there are versions and the last one is the third. I wondered then, how do I know that I am acquiring the last available? Is that detail in the box?
I believe it was just to give people the option, as the 'Experience' loops are often too sound cancelling to adequately use in supervision / conversation (Teachers, parents, etc). Apparently the tech used in the 'Engage' loops is a patented design so probably cost more.
Anyone have a problem with their ear canals getting itchy from using these all the time? I work in noisy areas and like wearing hearing protection and think certain loops might be more ideal if adjustable but normal stuff makes my inner ear itch. Would silicone or foam would be better?
What would be best to wear at school? I want to hear conversations with friends, and hear the teacher and stuff, but i dont want to hear kids yelling or when it gets loud in the hallways
This is a bit late and not sure if you have already figured your choice out but I’m thinking of getting the experience ones and I wanted to get these for the exact reason you described.. if I do get them and remember to, I’ll update you ^^
loop, your audience is disproportionately autistic, i would love less vague information about your products. if this or that filter is patented belongs in the fine print. frequency response curves in realistic daily situations would be great

Just lower the volume on your video and imagine!
@@urbnctrl lol
The video does include a decibel comparison
@@terripuryear285 No, but like an actual simulation of what wearing the different earplugs whould be like😊

Are you still able to hear clearly your teacher speaking?
I use Loop Quiet while at the movies to block out eating noises and it works perfectly!
Can you still hear the movie? I need something to block out eating noises but still hear the convo.
that’s genius i could have used them for watching saw X the guy next to me fell asleep a quarter of the way in the movie and was snoring 😂

In my opinion you should definitely get the experience pros! I also have them and they’re really good for everything you have commented! :D

@@isthereanylifeonmars i mean it was weird at first, but now I’m used to it and it’s not actually that bad so you don’t have to worry about that :)
@@whyamihere._ ok thanks! That’s really helpful ❤️❤️❤️ I decided to buy both and test them and return one of them during those 100 testing days ❤️

You can put the xxs tips on them. I did!

Does loop reduce sound in the jaw that become louder with ear plugs?

Buy some noise reduction headphones

The Loop Mute is the only 'technical' difference between the regular and plus version, right?
No, u also get additional foam tips (normally u only get the silicone ones)
I think you can purchase the mutes and foam tips separately if you just want to start with the regular.
i'm autistic and have sensory needs which one might i be good with?
Probably the quiet if you want more isolation. If you still want to talk to people or conversations buy the engage
So, basically, we pay more for less noise isolation ?
Likely due to the level of technology/materials required for each specific dampening/filtering level.
I believe it was just to give people the option, as the 'Experience' loops are often too sound cancelling to adequately use in supervision / conversation (Teachers, parents, etc). Apparently the tech used in the 'Engage' loops is a patented design so probably cost more.

Clean them like 3-4 times a week and see if that helps!

A lot of people can't wear those stupid things because they don't fit their ears!!!!! And no different sizes don't help!!!!!
I was really hoping this video would be useful. It demonstrates nothing about the products' core functionality and has an annoying soundtrack.
thank you for not saying anywhere on your website that these arent earpods and cant play music, now i feel scammed :3
