Today, I'll show you how to make Korean Hangover Soup / Sogogi Haejangguk that is simpler than Yukgaejang (Hot Spicy Meat Stew!) Recipe!

*Ingredients
200g Beef
130g Radish
100g Leek
100g Oyster Mushroom
100g Soybean Sprouts
*Seasoning
1 TBSP Sesame oil
1 TBSP Cooking sake
2 TBSP Chili powder
1 TBSP Soy sauce
1L Dried Kelp (Dasima) + Water
1 TBSP Mirim
1/2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 TBSP Fish sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
*1T=1TBSP (or tbsp) =Table Spoon=15ml=15cc
*1t=1TSP (or tsp)=Tea Spoon=5ml=5cc
