It's the only time I've ever seen the opening band be just as good and entertaining as the headliner. They saved the day in Dallas when GNR were about 2 hours late. I have watched these two a lot. I feel that I have figured out the crazy vivid difference between the two. Brad reminds me of a person who is color blind. He can appreciate the structure of the art but a lot of the vivid beauty of music doesn’t connect with him much like a person who cannot see color would look at paintings. I feel this is why lyrics are so important to him. It is the main connection for him. Lexi is the opposite, her mind connects sonically in the brightest way possible which is why she hears singing as another instrument and doesn’t catch the lyrics as much.
The one time I felt he actually connected with the sound and was truly moved was listening to the Cranberry’s of all people. This again is like a color blind person. They can see some colors so those colors are truly beautiful to them.

I was a child in the 80's, and had so much fun. We aspired to be rock and roll stars, we rode our bikes everywhere and our status was calculated by how much air we got off the cool jumps, we played in the creek, and used our imagination to the fullest. Then I was a teen in the 90s, it was a wild time. The 90s were care free. Noone got offended, everyone minded their business, and people were free. Everyone needs to live like it's 1989.

Dear Brad and Lex, you are two rays of sunshine in this world filled with darkness. Thanks for doing what you guys are doing. It's adorable. Now here's a challenge for you:
Listen to "Keeper of the Seven Keys" by German band Helloween (yes...it's with "e"). A spectacular thirteen-minute adventure. Ah...there's still a nice bonus...Michael Kiske...one of the greatest singers in history.
Again, you guys are amazing. Follow your path with your heart...you can't go wrong !! Kisses from Brazil !!

Yes the 80’s into the early 90’s was a great time to be a teen/20’s…this came out January 1989 I remember the first time hearing this album, I was 19 and invited by a good a friend of mine to head down to New Jersey from our home state of Rhode Island. He was going to meet a girl he was tapping after she had been up our way to visit relatives for Christmas and they met out at a club. she said she had a friend who wanted to meet one of his friends if they were fun, so off we went. He popped this into the auto reverse cassette player and said check out this new band and the rest is history, great weekend cranking this song and the whole album on the ride up and back and we were grateful for the drained balls achieved in Jersey that weekend…best part we never saw those two again lol..who needs to drive 3 hours to get laid too much hassle..lol
