Gutted Meath-man here. Still hurts after 17 long years. Every A-I final loss hurts. That Down team were hugely talented though. Blaney, Carr, Paddy O'Rourke, Kane, all great players, I know I've forgotten a few. We had a great year in '91 even if we couldnt cap it off with landing Sam. Well Done to Down hope ye make it back to top of the heap in Ulster soon.
Down should play their home games in Downpatrick, like Armagh play in their own county town. Unfortunately we play the majority of our home games, in county Armagh
