How to ACTUALLY silence a noisy sponge filter

The best way to actually silence a sponge filter
No air pump, bubbles, splashing and especially no noise!

Fish are fine, shrimp are fine, plants are growing. As long as there’s surface movement on the water you will get good oxygen exchange.
