"Mad About You" is one of the best-ever Red Green episodes! Bob and Patrick really step up their talents acting out their character tantrums. I quite often hear Dalton when I load my dishwasher. 😆😂 This one is stuck in my head.

Steve Smith and Patrick McKenna both won the Gemini Award for Best Performance in a Comedy Program or Series for this episode.
As Steve Smith states in the Stuffed and Mounted DVD commentary: "I remember "Mad About You" a lot because it was an episode that Patrick McKenna and I were both nominated for a Gemini Award for our performance, and in fact I- well, first of all, the Gemini, first of all, is like the Canadian Emmy kind of thing. Actually, we won. So he and I both won an award that year, and I remember the night of the award, he was kinda letting me know that it had been great, but he was ready to move on to other challenges, and he was leaving the show with us. {chuckles} I didn't think it was worth winning an award for that! It took us two seasons and a movie, but we did eventually get him back."
C.J. O'Dell and sadly I think the real reason for returning was that roles weren’t coming for Patrick as much as he had hoped they would

Who holds a prune fair? I know this show has some weird events in it, but that takes the cake so far. I'm surprised that Winston isn't dead from constant sewage.
Where I live there is a bean festival, so a prune fair I could see.... Sad thing living in the sticks.
Especially after working on my ass and it's Vile Constipation.
Theres a mushroom festival not far from where I live, downtown has an oyster festival, and there are a few produce/gardening fairs. Its especially in areas that produce alot of one good, i.e a fishing town or town with alot fo apple orchards, etc to have a fair dedicated to the towns product
There’s a festival for everything, heck there’s corn, garlic, raisin, and okra festivals so why not prunes?
