    Amazing job! I've only tried blacksmithing once and it's so much harder than it looks. Took me almost two hours just to flatten a piece of rebar into a crude and misshapen coal rake, and it only took you three hours to turn a piece of sheet metal into a beautiful face mask!!

    Seeing this kind of work has me wondering how they did it before the torch, I can imagine coal but the time that way would take. Also always fun to see craftsmanship in hyper speed magical.

      forge and bellows. it gets really hot as well but it's a lot of work.

    6:27 - they don't sleep. The fly was in dire need of sugar so that it could continue working. It's best to dissolve sugar in water and feed it to them by putting a droplet under them. They'll take the food and recharge themselves with it and continue on.

    I am seriously in awe. It may look easy on the video but in reality 2mm sheet metal is a real b**ch to work with, and here he makes a human FACE with it? Props to the dude.
    PS Also I see that the curse of ripped left glove doesn't apply only to me XD

      im currently in the process of attempting it with 1.5mm steel but with no blowtorch or shaping tools, just a spherical hammer in sand

Obwohl ich mir dieses Video wieder und wieder ansehe, bin ich jedesmal verblüfft wie sie aus dem Stück Metall etwas so schönes und gleichmäßiges nur mit verschiedenen Hämmern und Hitze so hinbekommen. Bei ihnen sieht das alles so einfach aus, als würden sie es "mal eben so" aus dem Handgelenk machen. Es passiert seltenst, doch ich bin BAFF

    I can't imagine the hardship of first having to make individual steel billets, and then drawing out each billet into sheets of the appropriate size and thickness. Starting out with already made steel sheets saves dozens of man hours.

    Life-Hack blacksmiths don't want you to know: if you put a hot sheet of metal on top of your face, you can hammer it into a perfect mold and only loose a lot of bone!
    Please don't try it out.
