    Thanks for sharing, I have just received a 3015 4000 watt laser and starting learning curve, seems like a good project to help in my comunity, greetings

      Yeah, should be a good test part.. Let me know if you need any help with the files.. Naturally the more you can use that style of cutting where you reduce the start and stops in the part will run faster.

      We used a few types. First was 0.7mm A1008 carbon steel which we had nitride. And later we switched 0.7mm 304 stainless which we reduced the width to make them pliable enough to bend. In my area these were sewn into cloth masks, since the cloth was thicker than filter media it would help keep the nose area pinned to your face which reduced fogged glasses. Once actual rated masks became available we stopped making them. On commercial masks the nose bands are much thinner 0.2-0.3mm because the material the mask is made of is thinner so it tends to stay in place better.
