Sis I am definitely along for the ride on this storytelling even though I already know a lot of the story. I think sharing this will definitely be a good idea because it's definitely a good part of the healing process and it takes the narcissists power away. Also, it's good to share about your grieving process and how you felt at different stages because other people might be going through the same thing and they can see that you are getting through it and with time they can get through it as well.
