I had similar issue's and I found it to happen when the battery to the left, that would spin the little back rubber piece to spin the big wheel, the battery would dip from all bouncing and movement and then it would rub against the cheap wood. I also find out after a while if don't keep up with changing out the balls, making sure the belt's are tight and that metal rings that carry the ball after tight to belt , eventually the balls will stick to the glass and, make it harder for the belt to bring them which then orange belt runs against the wood to the bottom right where the balls are scooped up. if you were standing behind the game, it would be the bottom right door. Eventually what happens is, when the ball is released at the top and starts to roll, the metal hoop, will catch the ball and sit there. since orange belt is not tight and then the game is waiting for the ball to hit the little plastic sensor that activates when you hit drop ball button. We have 4 of these BIG ones and 4 of smaller ones. I learned if you keep up on orange belt, rotate the balls, also making sure the orange for pulling on bottom right that rotates is tight and not damaged or have any cuts in it and made like pillow harness for the battery that hangs and stays above the wood and plastic

I have the same exact machine in my arcade. It's actually where your casters are underneath the big wheel. That prefab wood dust.

Yeah I was looking at it today and figured out where it was coming from, the other one is not doing it yet so I guess 9 need to replace them in both towers.

@@arcadezombie1975Yep we have the same issue. It's not fun to take that wheel off but it's definitely a issue under there with the casters. Mine is especially bad by the ball return hole area. Might make a fun video taking it apart! Love the videos btw

@@arcadezombie1975 I found some luck with a little industrial wood filler where it wears down after I got the caster done in my two. So far little to no dust. but eventually it'll wear though again I'm sure. However it also give a good chance to clean under them too and check connections.

You may have a President's son hanging out in there somewhere.

I thought it was ball dust at first

@@nicholasschenck6628 no issues, I went in to get a ball unstuck and noticed little piles of dust, under each caster which kinda made sense.
