    Oh wow I love this video! My channel aims to do just the same! Expose the world to local french culture in English! I looked for more info on Reblochon while eating the vegetarian croziflette I made haha. All the videos prior yours were in French. But when I found yours, I learnt so much more. Thanks a lot! I intend to make a video on my recipe and the cheese. Would you be interested in a short interview on this cheese which I will record through the screen and include it in my video?       @@HTwinegallery Yes, I know. I am eating mine very slowly, and also incorporating it into a tartiflette.
      It is delicious.
      I shall also buy a proper wine to go with it. Do you have any suggestions?

      @@antonboludo8886 You may go for a not tannic red wine such as a Bourgogne Pinot noir or a Beaujolais. For white wine I would suggest a wine that has a good balance with acidity and fat, a Macon from burgundy would do fine too. But definitely you may stay in the same region, with a white Vin de Savoie :)
