Everyone should know that. Ask a driver leader. It’s cheaper to pay a company driver than an owner operator! A lease operator just gets f&@$. They can’t negotiate freight or fuel prices
They definitely cap us. It’s been that way since I started in 2021 but then the cap was $7k. Now it’s $5k and if you do go over it seems they go out of their way to get you a lower rates the next week.
Bruh I thought I was tripping. If I gross a certain amount that next week gone be trash😂.. they keep hiring but ain’t got enough loads to go around 🤦🏾♂️. They better not even think bout asking me to train nobody else!

Currently sitting at the Springfield terminal waiting for success leasing to open so I can turn my truck in. I’m out, the money ain’t worth it. It’s a struggle to make $1000.
You don’t need success just schedule your appointment with the shop once they finish get your copy of the inspection and dip out. When I turned my truck in the beginning of may the only time I was in the terminal was eating at the cafe and shower. The rest was cleaning the truck then took shuttle to oasis once I handed over the truck to bay 27 I think it is.
@@JuicemanK22 my mind was made weeks ago I was trying to hold out til i went home on July 1st but the loads been so bad I just said f it and deadheaded 350 miles. It’s done, turned the truck in and onto the next chapter.

Yea same here I was sent a load paying 1500 for 900 miles dropping tuesday I denied that then sent another one paying 1400 dropping Monday but only one load for the week paying 1100. I'm trying to hold on but I'm ready to tell them route me to prime1

Here is a tip prime works on averages when you start noticing your pay go down go home for a week a reset that average . The money is there stop chasing it and it will come . A good rule of thumb is 3 weeks on 1 off
