Hahahaha, I love your stories and WE ARE RELATED! Cyrene looked familiar and when you said her name BINGO. That’s my last name. She is a great great aunt of mine.
What a treat. Just like all of videos, good, faithful stories, well told in a loving, gentle way and full of inspiration. I'm kind of elated that I got to see this video not long after it was posted, to be the 158th viewer and the 25th to like (hey -- you guys, how could you view such wonderful stuff and manage to refrain from liking! I don't understand!). Thank you for the new video, thank you, thank you.
@@EyvonneFawcett Hi, Eyvonne -- I'm glad you like these stories as much as I do, they are a treat and an inspiration. But I write to let you know that you accidentally put in your comment as a reply to my comment, instead of as a top-level comment. I don't mind, it gives me a chance to know I'm part of a good community. My best to you and yours, and i hope you'll continue to give positive words of support for Brother Merrill.
Morning Bro Merrill, thank you for your stories. ❤ them. Just some facts , born I the church, 3rd generation 78yrs old, wife and I retired I small coastal town (Hibberdene) in the Provence of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. I was ordained an elder by a mission president Howard c Badger who was ordained a High Priest by Joseph H Merrill . So we are linked through the Priesthood.
I really enjoyed this video about your ancestor. I also listened to many early stories about the Logan Temple when he was the Temple President. These stories are truly sunshine for the soul. Thanks.
I really love listening to your stories and this one got me good!😅 Cyrene Standley is my great grandfathers sister. They lived in Logan/ Cache Valley and that family started the first Dairy farm as a business in the state. I recognized the photo of Cyrene the second it was in your video. I remember when I was very young my grandfather telling stories of the Logan temple and some of the adversaries attempts at thwarting the saints efforts to go do temple work. Keep the stories coming!
I too am a Cyrene descendant. I was so happy that I could order that beautiful Merrill book off Amazon! I had heard the stories from my grandpa when I was young.
Marriner W Merrill was part of the William Atchison company that arrived in Bountiful in 1848, as was my ancestor Edwin C Pace. Both married daughters of William Atchison. As you mentioned, Marriner married Sarah and Edwin married Mary Jane. That makes us distant cousins. My Pace family, as well as myself, are still in Bountiful. It's amazing what our pioneer forefathers were able to achieve. It leaves us with much to be grateful for and to protect. Thanks for sharing these stories. Gordon Pace

Very possible it's one of the 3 nephites (the nemenhah records say they are still here). But it could have been another messenger sent by God.
There are a lot of translated beings besides the 3 Nephites,. Thanks for watching
