I mostly agree with everything but would put Tenth Dimension 2nd and Circle of Stone 3rd

The last 3 tracks on promis and terror I think are all about his dark period after his wife died. They are very dark, heavy songs. I personally love them. I cannot get into circle of stone, sadly. I love the IE trilogy. King of metal is his weakest work, I agree.

    11. King Of Metal agree with your comments... 10. Blood & Belief a few great songs such as Soundtrack couldn't quite save it, still a great album... 9. Endure and Survive came on strong but you're right no true highlights... 8. Redemption is then more consistent and Eagle is essential... 7. Infinite Entanglement so good even its shite production and terrible videos couldn't stop it succeeding... 6. The Man WWND was Blaze storming back... 5. Promise & Terror then consolidated that by being slightly better again... 4. Circle Of Stone perhaps will eventually sit behind The Man and Promise & Terror but atm has the NEW factor, the shite production returns but saved by the material, side B being conceptual was clever... 3. War Within shone with way better bottom end production and supreme cover art, a huge late career highlight... 2. Tenth Dimension has aged best of them all and the Title-Track arguably his best tune... 1. Silicon Messiah the epitome of an underrated album proved Blaze without Maiden was viable, so good it gave Brave New World a run for its money.
Thanks for the great video, some tasty rankings there \m/

I like your comments about the albums. Though you rank them in different places to me, I pretty much agree with everything you said. And yes, I think Silicon Messiah definitely does give Brave New World a run for its money

I can't rank them so I'll give my opinions
King of metal- I like dimebag but the production and uninspired songwriting means nothing else stands out.
Blood and belief- some good tracks, some weak tracks, made worse by my hemophobia.
Infinite trilogy- redemption is best, endure is middle, first one is worst, but they are all killer either way, ranked very closely.
Man who would not die and promise and terror- really in the same vein for me. Both are 9/10 easily with cool album covers and tracks, I love them both.
Silicon messiah- overrated. Some great songs, don't get me wrong, but I find it's held down by weaker songs like Identity, Reach for the Horizon and Evolution.
Tenth Dimension- awesome all around, I like how they mixed the song structure throughout the album, and I especially love how the title track and Stranger to the Light reference each other, a lot of cool moments like that.
War Within Me- best album cover imo, easily digestable, gets a bit goofy and silly with the 7th 8th and 9th songs but for the most part an easily enjoyable album and solid.
Circle of Stone- same rating as war within me, very similar except with a magic theme instead of a sci fi theme.

I started watching, and ooh, big surprise, King of Metal (deservedly) at Number 11. Then Endure and Survive right behind it at SECOND TO DEAD LAST?!?! By far the best album of the trilogy???
Other than that, some solid choices. War Within Me is his best of the Absolva era, though I might go so far as to put Tenth Dimension at Number 1 over Silicon Messiah (which I feel has a few of his best songs, but is spottier than some of the material from the BLAZE era. I do agree that Blood and Belief is woefully underrated.

Endure and Survive is still a good album and I do enjoy it. Blaze has only had one misstep (of course, King of Metal)
