The reason why Mei Mei is in Malaysia is because shes supposed to be a foil of nanami because despite being injured and on deaths door nanami still fought to protect younger jujutsu sorcerers the next generation in the process giving up his dream of living in Malaysia compared to mei mei who left and abandoned everyone else to seek refuge in Malaysia
Mei Mei can also be a foil to Choso, after the scene with her and Ui Ui we jump to the fabricated memory Choso saw of Yuji, and then we see Choso risk his life to protect his brother. There's even the "you must be tired" line that had opposite reactions, where Mei Mei and Ui Ui retreated when they were tired, but Choso (and Yuji) continues to fight despite their exhaustion because it's to protect/save their family/friends.
1. Choso has always been my favorite character and this episode did him justice. 2. Urame(the white-haired one) definitely has one of the most underrated abilities. Seriously I never hear anyone talk about the ice manipulation.
Mei Mei scene is about what she can do only to survive and make more money. She just abandoned all students and go to Nanami dreams to relax and save her money. She is manipulating her brother because of how much cursed power Ui Ui has.
I mean she was fighting Fake Geto bro. Dafuq was she supposed to do other than flee after seing she cant win? She didnt really had an option to join up with them since they prbly teleported out of there or something like that with Ui Uis technique
JNoritoshi Kamo isn't brain curse. As fake Geto said that Noritoshi Kamo is simply one of the many names he had, it means that Kamo’s body is one of the many bodies he used as vessels. He keeps switching bodies. That's why Choso said that it's not impossible that he and Itadori are blood related. That also explains one thing. Brain curse, which actually is not a cursed spirit rather a jujutsu sorcerer or more precisely a curse user (jujutsu sorcerer gone rogue), is hundreds of years old. So is Sukuna. That explains why Sukuna's assistant is allied with Brain curse.
Clarifying some stuff from the episode: -Uraume, the ice person was introduced back in season 1 as being in Geto's side, they are the one that was coordinating all the curse users that attacked the school in season 1 and the few curse users that were also attacking Shibuya(like the ponytail guy that got beaten up by Nanami). It was only in this season that it was revealed that they are related to Sukuna in some way. Also, they are not confirmed to be a woman, Uraume was introduced as being an androgynous monk kid, we dont know their gender. -The thing inside Geto is not a curse, its a sorcerer with the ability to replace its own body, 150 years ago it inhabited Noritoshi Kamo, and while being in that body, got the reputation of "the most evil sorcerer in history", and also created Choso and the rest of his siblings, the brain person is Choso's father basically. -With that being said, Choso's ability allows him to know if one of his brother is dying or about to die, he felt that when he was about to kill Itadori, thus the conclusion that they are in fact related. Choso then is implying that the brain person must have created Itadori, the time gap between Yuji and Choso doesnt matter because the brain person has been alive for centuries.
This was exactly the moment where Mei Mei went from one of the fan favorite characters to a hated one for being creepy with Ui Ui and teh fact that she groomed him to sacrifice himself and please her in any way 💀
I mean she was shown being a very terrible person to begin with because she only cares about money and the only she gets involved in anything is if its profitable, I wouldn't be surprised if the reason they survived was because geto wired her money to withdraw
@@geraldthegoose1685 Yeah, still she had a large following even so because of her looks and because she could fight, it took her acting as a pedophile for people to realize "Maybe she's not a good person after all" lol
How I understood what Brain-kun was saying about Supreme Art; Uzumaki was that when he uses a semi-first grade or higher curse in it their cursed technique gets extracted. So since he used Mahito in that Uzumaki I take that as him saying he now has Mahito's technique Idle Transfiguration. Also to add, Brain-kun has only been in Geto's body for a year, his previous body could have been anyone. So we don't really know what his relation to Yuji might be.
Also to add: the sorcerer who is inside Geto was the one referenced in season 1's last episode when the narrator says there was a woman who was impregnated by a cursed spirit and Noritoshi exploited that and got her pregnant multiple times, and made her lose the children every time, creating the cursed paintings which Choso and his two brothers were. I think you can figure out the implications here considering this thing can take over bodies of humans.
25:35 We're laughing but i bet choso is dead serious about wanting to be called oniichan by yuji lmao. They're the best. Also, the choso revelation means yuji killed his blood brothers back in season one finale. My poor boi.
Choso being the son of the brain while it possessed the Kamo guy is why he can use the Kamo clans blood technique like we saw the other Kamo Noritoshi use in the first season.
So since you asked about it: uzumaki (which means spiral) is the supreme art of the curse manipulation technique. As it was put in this episode supreme arts are like the ultimate expression of a cursed technique and we’ve seen a few already without them being explained, like jogo’s meteor. Uzumaki allows its user to convert any of the cursed spirits that have collected into pure cursed energy, sacrificing the ability to ever use them again for raw destructive power. Geto used uzumaki on yuta in the movie but yuta managed to overpower it with his love attack. In his explanation of uzumaki, fake geto explained that because he saw the versatility of all the cursed spirits he has as his biggest strength, he didn’t have much interest in uzumaki since it depletes that versatility by removing options. however he discovered that if you convert an especially strong spirit with a cursed technique into uzumaki, you can extract their technique as he put it. The details of what that means haven’t been explained in the show yet though. Regardless, That effect is why he used it right away and didn’t care about it being blocked, since he didn’t care about it as an actual attack. In addition because he used Mahito in it, he is officially dead, so there’s that
The fact that this is chosos second ever fight is crazy going against someone living for 150 years and probably having knowledge in martial arts. If choso trains more and more he probably well be really really strong.
Regarding what Geto said : The curse spirit manipulation technique has a special attack called Uzumaki . This was the final attack Geto used against Yuta in JJK 0, although it was refered to as 'Maelstrom' due to translation differences. This attack essentially combines a bunch of cursed spirits he has in his arsenal, condenses them and then launches it towards the opponent . The advantage of cursed spirit manipulation is the diversity of curses they can use and the various options they have regarding tactics. But using Uzumaki does not have that advantage that the technique usually provides, which is why Geto said he was originally disinterested in it. But later he realized that the advantage of using this attack is when using grade 1 curses or above to unleash uzumaki. All of the curses grade one or above when used for the uzumaki attack will have their cursed techniques extracted after this. The thing was he was planning to absorb all the disaster curses but unfortunately they were dead before he could do so.
9:49 - Mahito knew "Geto" would betray him, hence why he said he knew how humans act as a curse, so he attempted to transfigure him for his use before getting absorbed while "Geto" was distracted. Mahito’s soul is gone, as it was used in Uzumaki attack, but "Geto" has his transfiguration ability.
OMG I just thought about somethimng hella funny! I wanna see Choso and Todo having a brotherly fight over Itadori's brotherhood in the future! 😂😂😂😂 but will we see such a wholesome thing... or are we losing choso already? 😥
Backstories about Yuji’s parents have never been told so far, but now we can guess something has happened regarding this brain thing inside Geto. Maybe he had transferred to Yuji’s father’s body (like 15 years ago?) then after that he took control of Geto’s body?
Also the reason Mahito tried to touch fake Geto is because he is a curse born from the fear of humans and knows that humans will betray one-another. So he was trying to get Geto before Geto killed him, because he knew he was about to be killed
The way they Geto handled Choso.. God dam he strong strong. Also, this confirms that the brain curse was once inside Itadori's dad or mom and that's why Choso and Itadori are blood related! CRAZY! Giving me Aizen vibes!
So aside from domain expansion which is considered to be the pinnacle of jujutsu and can only be possessed by strong sorcerers, "Maximum"/"Supreme art" are infused by the users innate technique to produce their maximum energy output. To put it simply, it is the user's nuke technique, well i think you can compare it to naruto's rasengan, ichigos' getsuga, goku's kamehameha. Jogo's Meteor is one example of Maximum technique, and each curse technique has its own maximum. Curse technique Manipulation's Maximum is called Uzumaki.
@@OtakuMai No problem, another thing, getos maximum has its perks. Originally geto use uzumaki by recycling his lower grade curses by combining it all to produce uzumaki, fake geto however realize that using it on a first grade and up, he can extract their curse technique making him able to use the curse's power/technique.

30:00 yeah, Yuki is one of the strongest, and this isn't a spoiler. In Jjk 0, Geto says that there are 4 special grade sorcerers, as far as I remember. Him, Gojo, Yuta and Yuki. So, considering that Yuta is in Africa and Gojo is sealed, Yuki is the strongest character in the sorcerers' side right now, and one of the only special grades alive. Yuki and Noritoshi (Brain Geto) are the two strongest people in Shibuya right now
What the False Geto explained is that upon using Uzumaki he can extract the cursed techniques of the curses he used for the Uzumaki and use them once, in this episode Geto used Mahito so he can now use Idle Transfiguration once. P.S: Don't worry about Mahito, since Geto used him for Uzumaki he's 💀
