2. Rushikonda is covered with Geo mat not green mat. Geo mat is used to construction on slops or hills areas to prevent soil erosion to keep the soil fertile. And Green mat is used for CGI/VFX to film/TV production.

They told courts that it is for tourism with no additional hill excavation. Almost entire place was excavated from scratch. The National Green Tribunal objected to it. Every single national agency said it was against environmental norms. There has to be consequences when you break the law.

Rushi konda is ecologically sensitive area and except for tourism it cannot used for any other purpose. So high court objected for the construction, so they said its not for CM, its star hotel for tourism. However, it is has only 12 rooms for 500 crs. They violated the entire high court orders.
