Eastside is wayyyy underrated. Yes, there are more restaurants per capita on other sides of town. But, they are almost all generic franchises. Nice to see an influencer give the Eastside some much needed attention!
the food from that truck is on POINT!! I use to rent a house off charleston/sloan and when I took my evening walks, I would sometimes stop at that truck.
Seriously don’t know why this channel doesn’t have over 100K subs? Jorge is so professional, doesn’t curse, doesn’t get blitzed out drunk, is very thorough. I appreciate your work, will be a subscriber and depending on how many vids you put out, might join the channel. We have a place like this in San Antonio, Texas. BEST FOOD EVER! Gotta try this place in Vegas
Everything you say is very true. Jorge has always presented himself to be very knowledgeable and professional; he is a gentleman and I, too appreciate his presence here. It is people like Jorge that make the You Tube experience worthwhile.
Man, those places u highlighted here look pretty damn good, especially the last joint. I def need to take a trip to the east side of Vegas nxt time I’m there
Thank you so much for taking us on this beyond wonderful gastronomic journey. l love Mexican food; not only because it is beyond delicious but also because it is made with love. It is my hope that these wonderful places you have revealed to us will continue to thrive and grow in their communities because food such as this is what makes a strong community. I will be visiting LV very soon, and will definitely dine at the places you have highlighted here. One thing I have learned from past experiences in many places in LV is the fact that oftentimes the best food is found off the strip. Again...thank you 🌴🌿🌻
If Tacos al Carbon is anything like La Taqueria on Mission Street in San Francisco, then this place must definitely be good. I used to frequent La Taqueria in SF with my dad as a kid at least twice a month. It was definitely memorable. The seasoning on the carne asada was so delicious.
I'm from across the Bay, and agree that La Taqueria holds wonderful memories for those who had meals there. No other place like it as far as i am concerned. Soon as you walked through their doors you felt at home.
Awesome video and my mouth is watering! Haha Planning a day trip to show my sheltered, small town Canadian kids off the strip. Heading to Valley of Fire, but would like to go through East Las Vegas on the way… instead of the intestate. Any recommendations for places to see/go past? Will be a week day otherwise would do the market for sure!!
East side Vegas will always be home, also my freshman year of high school at El Dorado in 2004 and first year in the United States. Best food on the planet thank you for showing them love 🙏🏽
I'm from boyle heights in LA and now live in vegas but north west side havent been east of the 95 yet. Imma have to visit one of these days now that the weather is slightly warming up. Been missing having mexican food on every corner
I had heard about not going to the east side in a fb group heck then I realized I’ve already been there and it’s pretty much mi gente lol. Thanks for showing this video
Thank you for showing us all the mexican restaurants ,wen me & my husband stay on the strip for a long trip we start missing home cooked meals .dont get me wrong Vega & Fremont Street has some delicious food & sweets & we cant wait to go to your swapmeet dang it looks better than ours here in So Cal .
How fun! Would love to check that out next time I'm in Las Vegas. We have a big hispanic population here in the Boise are but no market like that. Lots of food trucks though! Thanks Jorge for your great content.
I live in Utah and i feel like Vegas is my second home. We go at least twice a year every year. And i love going to Broadacres the machetes tastes so delicious.
Another banger! 2 months down, 10 go go. You got this! I used to hang my hat in Scummerlin, so never saw too much of the east side. I'm rough enough that I'm sure I can make it work the next time I'm in town.
Dude. Best video you've made about las Vegas so far. Can't speak Spanish but doesn't even matter. Everything looked excellent. Can't wait to try some of the best food I've seen in las Vegas.
Thank you SO much for this tour!!! I'm from Cali and always been on a quest for that good taco!! I have to go to Cali to get my Fix for a good taco. I will try these places out.👍👌
Looks legit!🔥 We have markets like this down here in South Texas called "pulgas". They have full blown 'bailes' with live music, and a lot of people go there for cheap fades, hair cuts etc. Thanks for showing a part of our culture, and a part of Vegas that NO Other creator would. 🔥 👌
Broad acres is so much fun and legit. The food options are a toda madre! I have not tried El Compa but it's on my list along with Casa Tlaquepaque. Thanks George for highlighting home town!
Definitely is a place to check out next time when in Vegas. I love to go to the swap meet to find some bargains and of course, eat some good food as well.🎉🎉
Bro!!!! Just watched TWICE! I Want to hit up all these spots now. Is that area where El Carbon taco truck is at relatively safe for us out of towners? Im Mexican from the 956-RGV, but just wana make sure. 👍
They could turn this food area into a tourist trap just like China Town is. All the foodies world wide could flow in here. As someone who grew up in the southwest USA, I do love the mom and pop places for Mexican/South of the Border fare. Even if it's a good Tex Mex.
Wow, se me antoja todo! I love that you put out a video that shows real Mexican food made by Mexicanos and spots like the "swatmeett!" 😂 I wish there some authentic Mexican food on the strip. Puro Mexiamericano food 😢
Eldorado high school is that the east side because I live around the corner from Vegas Valley high school that’s the real Eastside high school is what I heard Eldorado is kind of close to North Las Vegas
I used to work at the Mexican restaurant and I was only white guy that worked there. I tell you what, if you get in good with the Mexican culture. They treat you like one of there own. Only kick is they called me Pan Blanco.
@Vegas-Must-Try Just giving you a hard time bro. I am gonna be there first week of April, are you gonna be near south end? By Luxor, filming? Keep up the Great work!
Eastside is wayyyy underrated. Yes, there are more restaurants per capita on other sides of town. But, they are almost all generic franchises. Nice to see an influencer give the Eastside some much needed attention!
You are the first person watch to showcase your neighborhood, all those places look so good
Gotta rep
LOVE THIS!!! You should do a monthly east side food tour. Id pay top dollar to visit all these places.
Great idea!!
the food from that truck is on POINT!! I use to rent a house off charleston/sloan and when I took my evening walks, I would sometimes stop at that truck.
Absolute banger

Because all he show is Mexican food. He has no range like the other vloggers and comes off as a whiner and hater
@qikstar look at your hating ass haha
@@Vegas-Must-Try truth hurts and I be happy to say it to ya face 🥊
As someone who grew up on the east side and was zoned to the same high school as you - respect for making this video 👏🏽
Dang, best bite of 2024 is saying something for sure considering some of the other food vids you have done this year. Thanks for the highlights.

You have to give Tacos El Guero a try! They have some really good adobada/tijuana style tacos.
best birria tacos in vegas is the food truck outside of the el firme night club on lake mead and walnut.
