I grew up in SLO county. I have kids and grandkids. My kids have good paying jobs and can’t afford to buy a home in the town they grew up. What do you local realtors do besides cater to the out of towners that jack up prices beyond reach for locals with your help. You and your out of towner $$$$$ friends have created a real problem for the local people. Save your bla, bla. I really hate the real estate industry. Just a lot of greed. I hope you all lose in the end. FYI: Morro Bay isn’t all that great. Side note….a few years back I contacted a realtor by the name of John Goodall (related?) about a piece of property for sale. He automatically treated me like I couldn’t afford it. Jerk!

I’ve visited twice in the past three years and fell in love with the location. I am planning to retire in five years and am eyeing a possible move.
I am getting more calls about Morro Bay lately. A much calmer and serene beach location here on the Central Coast!
I stop there every time I go into Pismo/Oceano.
