    Thank you so much for your comments!@Cynthia Wong, for some reason, I can't reply to you. Yes, you don't need any preservative and keep it in the fridge. This recipe makes 12 cups.

    Hi @Maangchi I am fan from Malaysia & pregnant now and jujube tea really comforts me. I have been drinking the tea from the boiling for hours method. Unfortunately my country doesn’t sell fresh jujube.
    Can I use dried? And if I am using dried jujube do I need to boil it first before cutting it and removing the seed? Before I mix it with honey to keep in the jar?

    • @제정은-f7j
      @제정은-f7j 3 месяца назад

      She used dried jujubes for this recipe. And the recipe link says you can use either fresh or dried ginseng, although I suppose it would be easier to infuse the tea if you crush or powder the ginseng beforehand if you're using dried ones.

    hello :) Thank you for the recipe, I live in Korea now, and I have tried this tea before, very delicious. I want to send some for my mom, but it may take more than a week, will it be fine if it's not in the fridge for some time ? and one more question, if I make the tea with dried ginseng will it be the same ?

    • @Maangchi
      @Maangchi  8 лет назад

      I think this mixture should be kept in the fridge. Yes, you can add dried ginseng but you should grind it finely. When I make ginseng jujube tea with dried ginseng, I boil them with lots of water for hours over low heat until the tea turns red with intense ginseng flavor.
