This song was done during their 1987 World Tour. This particular song you watched was done on a huge barge in Venice Italy! Pink Floyd and the city of Venice had a long going Feud after this concert due to, according to the mayor of Venice, the noise from Pink Floyd. He claimed that the loud music and the vibrations damaged a whole bunch of historical buildings! Years later they finally forgave and forgot regarding this matter and gave David Gilmour (the lead singer and guitarist of the band) the key to the city!
Headphones make more with sense with their studio albums (audio only) since it’s engineered to take advantage of left and right speakers. Headphones are okay with this live performance but it’s not quite the same. This live late 1980’s performance is different in many areas compared to the 1975 original. Original has way better sax solo, mid synth section is different, and original chorus uses Motown background singers and sounds a lot better then this. Both are enjoyable but one is a masterpiece.
Your off to a good start on your new musical journey. A couple of suggestions.....Supertramp....Goodbye Stranger.....Yes.....Roundabout.....Rush.....Xanadu... Exit Stage Left version. (Even if you don’t do a reaction video for these....they are worth a listen)✌️-New to your squad...subbed

Syd walked in the studio unannounced when they were recording this masterpiece which is about him, no one had seen him for years.
You would love Pink Floyd Money from the album Dark Side of the Moon 😉
Nice
Saxophone player is Candy Dulfer from The Netherlands
