FYI. Poster has a 7.1 cu freezer. This will hold 4 of those 6 gallon container. Somehow I went with the comments here and bought a 5 cu freezer and also bought 4 of those 6 gallon bins. Now it won't fit all 4. It can at max hold 3 bins. With the 3rd bin under the metal rack. Get a 7.1 cu for the posted video. If not just get 3 bins.
Love the container store too great video I freeze everything including milk but was using the ikea bags which works also. Have to try theses. I remember visiting florida many years ago and my sister in law used milk crates that was in 93. So these ideas work .Heading to the container store to get these.

I have a small chest freezer like this but I admit that I have wasted so much food because you can't see way down there and you forget, etc. I'm getting ready to loan my freezer to a friend who's trying to stock up on freezer meals when she has her baby. I just did this. I have a 7.1 cubic foot as well. Ordered 4 of these and they do not fit well. They are crammed in there and do not sit in my particular freezer well. So advice for those who are going to do this. Is measure the ledge space and the larger space. :( make sure they fit your freezer.
Good tip. I have an apartment size deep freezer that I have found does not really hold much. I got it because I have a side by side refridgerator/freezer. You mentioned you might do this in your smaller freezer can you show that? Thanks for sharing
