  • On this week’s podcast, I interview Jason Smith, Psy.D., A.B.P.P., Chief Psychologist at a prison in the United States, and Ted B. Cunliffe, Ph.D., who is a clinical and forensic psychologist at a private practice in Florida. Together, along with Carl B. Gacono, Ph.D., ABAP, they have written the book Understanding Female Offenders, researching how female offenders’ psychopathic behaviors present differently than in males and how we can address biases we may have in order to identify, assess, and treat these women.
There are no conflicts of interest for this episode.

Alot of them are not in prison. But married acting being a wife raising kids. What chance do males have with covert psychos? On the outside everything seems normal, but on inside real persona is seen. And all traits dont have to be hard-core crime like, but subtle traits dripping day-by-day. It can take years before noticed for what it really is, or ever.

It's because the behavior of narcissism runs parallel with female gender roles and toxic masculinity blinds us to it.

I'm currently dealing with such a scenario with my family, they're running a schmeer campaign against me to the community, because they aren't getting their way in my life. fortunately I have experience with this kinda thing and have a backup plan that'll cause they're behavior to blow up in their face and I've been letting the community know what they're getting into. I feel the general public deserves to know theirs monsters amongst them.

That’s why you need to stay 6 months to a year with a person to see her true self. Never rush into marriage, otherwise it will end in tears.

I had the misfortune of being the patient of female psychopharmacologist for over 7 years who I ended up firing because she overdosed me on ambien cr 25 mg / night leaving me not only with morning amnesia, but also causing me considerable pain until I finally said I had to get off the drug. When I asked her how she hadn't figured out the problem, she only said that she had just read the fold up pamphlet that comes with the prescription. I have just completed a quantitative analysis of her patient file on me, which was very detailed and extensive and found the answers to many questions. She had also overdosed me on Zoloft 400mg, which led to the diagnosis of glaucoma in one eye. I knew her personally as well and there were certain things about her that would point to her having some type of personality disorder, perhaps even psychopathic. I could make a case that she intentionally overdosed me to make me quit her practice because despite the numerous trials of various psychotropic drugs, I always had some type of adverse reaction. She attended Wellesley College, majoring in chemistry, Johns Hopkins Medical School for her M.D. and internship and residency, and finally Mass General for further study. Now she runs her own Ketamine clinic, performs clinical studies, speaks at conferences here and abroad, and is on the board of a small medical research company.

I know three questionable people who could be psychopathic
One is in sales, and the other two are in management over the health and safety of the companies they work for
Human resource positions also seem to attract these people, which is quite ironic

It offers almost direct control and often a lot of leniency when it comes to judging the situations HR is usually called to resolve. These aspects are mighty interesting for someone looking to gain power covertly

I see that the population focus is on incarcerated members of females. When the comparison to males is being spoken about and narcissism as be the Hallmark. It seems to me that gender roles are hiding the females and that men and women are very much similar. It is just expectable and considered to be female behavior even if you want to try to compare the social nature of the female human to the ape harem. Which in my opinion would be a mistake because even though they are distant relatives they are very distant relatives. Narcissism is at the root of feminine pop culture. Kind of the I know what boys like and boys like me is exceptable. Fashion, make up ,seduction and so on is exceptable as a gender trait. Yeah. So it is at the advantage to the female psychopath and keeps them hidden by misconception. They are the same but the traits manifest differently based on societal beliefs on what is acceptable according to gender roles. A social predator is a social predator and there is no disproportion. We just lack the ability to yet see it. That is why it is changing over time.

Male, female, goat 🐐, it doesn't matter. ALL psychopaths have traits that can be detected:
1.) their eyes (eyes r the window to the soul)
    2.) their words (lies)
3.) their lack of PRIMARY emotions (you can look that up) and guilt
4.) people always come and go in their lives. Lovers too. (It's like a constant revolving door of people)
5.) Anger issues (they are always angry and never content)
6.) Substance abuse/addictions (alcohol, gambling, food, money, s*x, fast driving, etc. they always have at least 1)
7.) past crimes (they eventually tell u about in a bragging manner. At in appropriate moments too. Like, ur at a rock concert, jamming out the cold play or Kiss, having fun, and they shout in your ear "I ran over a cat once")
Bonus: they like rap music or like horror movies/books (Steven king, etc)
Bonus 2: sometimes they confess to hurting animals, or enjoying other's pain in general. however, they HATE being in pain themselves and cry like babies when they get a paper cut or an owie. (They are big babies in adult bodies)
