The look on his face as Pavarotti at the end is one of pure joy. His ability to give passion and emotion is top tier. Being French-Canadian they have so much emotion in their music. I know because I am Anglo-Canadian and I just love the music from singers from La Belle Province. Great reaction as usual my friend, You are now my go to guy for music reactions. Because like Marc, you are the real deal. Cheers.

Pavarotti and Freddie never sang together, but Pavarotti sang Too Much Love Will Kill You with Brian May and Roger Taylor.
Freddie and Luciano never had a chance to sing together, sadly. Mercury, afaik, publicly praised Pavarotti's mighty voice several times in the 80s, probably even before he was involved in the classical crossover / operatic world with his Barcelona album and Montserrat Caballe collaboration. Pavarotti, on his turn, said that Freddie had the best rock voice in at least one of his late 90s interviews.
Ah man, too bad Freddie never sang with him. 😞

I guess Freddie would have loved to sing a duet with Pavarotti if he still had the chance to do so. Seeing it come to reality now brings tears to my eyes, as it does yours. A really great performance such an amazing voice.

❤️❤️❤️ Marc is a multi talented underrated entertainer. His version of I Will Always Love You, Unchained Melody, Everybody Hurts, and Take It With Me are phenomenal. I’ve seen his live show with UQC twice. They never fail to get the crowds on their feet singing along! ❤️🎼🎹🎸🥁🎤
Knowing what was coming, I watched your reaction with much GLEE! Marc is filled with ideas, humor, and just plain talent with a capital T. I'm counting down the days until I see him in person doing a Black Jacket Symphony of Queen's Night at the Opera album. It's going to be FUN!

Thanks Jeff for checking out this insane display of talent by Marc himself, which surprisingly enough, Marc isn’t even classically trained in opera. This was basically a fun video idea he came up with while shaving😂 the creativity this guy has I swear….
Marc actually has performed with Queen before on American idol (played with both Roger Taylor and Brian May on stage).
Sometime next week I’ll send in a request of one of Marc’s live performances. It’ll be from his show from Israel last year (Tel Aviv), which he actually just performed at just recently again. Anyway, thanks for the vids you’re the best🤗

This was basically to kick off the “touring” of Roger Taylor’s own tribute band of his own band…… Yeah crazy idea😅…. Marc was at the helm until around 2016ish? But Roger created the band (which was called The Queen Extravaganza at the time) & Marc submitted an audition clip & got the gig at the time.

Sigh…. I react the same way as you whenever I listen to Marc’s version of this gorgeous aria and I’ve listened many times! To answer your last question , Marc sang one song with Brian and Roger on American Idol to introduce Queen Extravaganza, which was a Queen tribute band that Roger put together. He hired Marc to be the lead singer of that group. Marc made an audition video 10 years ago to audition for the band and the video went viral (I’m sure you can imagine why.)

I love Marc Martel, I also love Freddie and also his later stuff with Barcelona and “exercises in free love” is a favorite of mine, it makes me cry too! Definitely worth a reaction if you haven’t heard it. But the mercurotti is on my playlist also now. New subscriber ❤️Marc singing love of my life live is also great.
Yes! Experiencing Love of My Life live was so incredible🤗 Marc’s said he plays that tune to honor Freddie’s memory. He gets pretty emotional after the song is finished, he’s absolutely thankful for Freddie’s musicianship.

Now my goosebumps have goosebumps. This is incredible. Marcs operatic abilities are undeniable, beautiful, powerful... gosh!
And his channeling of Freddie at 1:46 - 2:15 had me yelping and gulping at the same time (not pretty). Every subtle detail is spot on, and it's all natural... it's all Marc... and still all of Freddie. It's wonderful!

marc will never let you down, but he's got a solid cover of "i will always love you", as well as a criminally underrated rendition of radiohead's "karma police"... but all of his '90s covers playlist on his channel are pretty superb.

No Freddie never sang with Pavarotti. There are some fake videos where people have used Marc's Mercurotti version of Nessun Dorma without permission to fake the duet . Only Brian May ever performed with Pavarotti
