It is perfectly working for black and white page printing. But for color pages, the alignment is not correct, so I tried to print the page in gray scale. Once I switched to gray scale and started printing immediately showing 5100 error. What to do?

thanks for the information.. i did all what you said ,and its ok .. but my issue is the black in,, is not going in the cartridge.. any idea?
black head is clogged. remove it from printer, put it in semi hot water for a while and clean and dry well before you install again in the printer and then try. if its worked then okay, if not then must it needs to be replace.
